Don't use this company. - We have a contract with them to provide phone services. During our busy season, we needed to lease a private office space and hire more personnel to answer phones. This was communicated to the sales rep of Megapath and we connected the new lines. Following the end of our busy season, we attempted to cancel ONLY the Additional lines, but they adamantly refused to waive the fees stating that we were "Cancelling a contract" despite the fact that the majority of the office lines were still going to be used. Contact during communication was with Lish, Sr. Voice Operations Supervisor.

They were fantastic but they were slow and expensive. Their customer service and tech support were the best I have ever seen. Their billing practices were great. Over the years they reduced our monthly fee. It was $ 60 a month and it came down to $ 43 a month. They reduced the fee and they actually gave us a new modem without any hassle and any charge. If they have really high speed internet available I would absolutely use them again in the future.
