I have 2 fairly large dining room windows. Over 2 years ago when opening the windows, 1 of those windows fell straight down and I was not able to keep it open without propping it open with a stick. In addition, the crank of a small bathroom window had been broken for several yearsl. I called several "window" places for repair services but most of them just sold new windows with no suggestions for repair, etc. Recently, in talking about my window dilemma to a neighbor he suggested I call Mr. Ralph Grande of Elm Glass Co. I called Mr. Grande shortly thereafter and he asked a few questions over the phone and gave me a ball park estimate and said he could come the next day. He arrived on time, took a look at both windows and was able to fix both windows within 1 hr. He was quick, very careful to keep a clean work area, knew exactly what he was doing and came totally prepared to do the job. His phone estimate was accurate and I couldn't have been more pleased!! I highly recommend his services!
