Description of Work: Bradley Property Services has done a lot of things for me. Recently, they painted a whole bunch of stuff and they did some deck work.

+ -1 moreHe was great,on time, did a great job. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The garbage disposal was missing a part. He went with my husband to Home Depot to get the part. I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: He hung a door. I waited almost two and half months for him to get back to me after giving me an estimate. Finally he did show up. I had a list of six or seven different things for him to do. He only did one of the things.

+ 1 moreI have used him for about two years now for all kinds of work. He is an absolute perfectionist and charges a very fair price. He is very honest and has the highest integrity. I have no problem giving him the keys to my home so he can work while I am not around.
Description of Work: He has done all sorts of repairs in my condo. Including electrical work, installing shelves, removing unwanted baseboard heater and making repairs to area once finished, i.e. repairing the wall, carpet, etc.

+ -1 moreI wish my physician's office was as professional as Mr. Bradley! Provided written estimate before work done and kept to the estimate. Came when he said he would. Worked very quickly. Cleaned up immaculately. Looks and acts like the gracious, experienced professional that he is. It really was a pleasure to write the check to pay him.
Description of Work: Repaired holes in wall left by removal of baseboard heaters (removed by others), installed kitchen tile and hung mirrors in building lobby (fixed them to the wall so they cannot be stolen).
