AMERISPEC INSPECTION SERVICES

After moving into our house we have had some major issues that were not caught by our inspector. Each response we received when getting an issue fixed was, How did your inspector not catch this? The worst omission was in reference to the air ducts and lack of vents in certain rooms. Our inspector was professional and prompt, but that clearly does not out weigh the issues that were omitted.

I was pleased with their service. He did not have to come out instead he just spoke with me on the phone. I felt that he was providing me with a good service. I was pleased that he did not charge me for his time.

He was very quick to call back, a nice guy and had excellent advice (in fact that he was not the person for this job).

Scott was great, he was extremely thorough yet respectful of the seller's property. Scott even returned on Sunday to complete the inspection of the building because we didn't have access to basement area during the first inspection. In addition Scott was on time, well prepared and he posted his report to the AmeriSpec website in less than 24 hours.

Overall we had a great experience. The home inspection was very thorough and covered every major area and concern that we had before purchasing the house.

SCOTT TAKES HIS TIME, AND IS VERY THOROUGH. HE COMPLETELY CHECKS THE BUILDING STRUCTURE, AND ALL SYSTEMS INCLUDING PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HEATING, ROOF, ETC. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND INVALUABLE IN HELPING TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS.
