+ -1 moreFrom start to finish, I was so impressed with the service provided by Troy at The Mailbox Post Man. Troy walked me through all of the steps required to design my new mailbox, and to select style and color options. He showed up on time, and the work was performed exactly as he had described. I just love my new mailbox, and am no longer embarrassed by my old one! It is so beautiful that I just got a text from my next door neighbors last night asking for Troy's contact information, as they want to replace their old mailbox as well.
Description of Work: My old mailbox and post were no longer in compliance with the Village or USPS standards for height and distance from curb. Plus, my post was starting to rot and the mailbox was rusting, so I needed a full replacement.

We could not be more pleased with the end product quality and the service was what you hope for when you deal with someone you have never met. They were courteous, trustworthy, professional and willing to answer questions before, during and after installation. They made a simple installation video for us and it was easy to install. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
