Trim above a door that was never installed, shelf in a cabinet that was missing, soft closing cabinet door that needed to be fixed and a granite cutting board that was promised to us. These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again! He personally came out and measured the space then sat at our kitchen table to learn more about us and how we planned to use the space. He then turned around the quote same day. Even after sending the quote Dave continued to work through options - he returns calls quickly and followed through on every promise he made. The actual â build-crewâ could not have been any better. They worked through heat, humidity and extreme storms on a Tuesday only to be greeted by snow, ice and below freezing temps on Wednesday. Led by Eric, the entire crew was engaged and laser focused on quality of work. They treated our home/yard, pets and people with tremendous respect and courtesy. This crew met our budget, our schedule and exceeded our expectations."
