Mike does amazing work, is very authentic, and straightforward. He tells you exactly what's wrong and how it would best be fixed. The company also followed up consistently, letting us know where things were at and getting us accurate estimates before we agreed to anything. Plus, poor Mike worked his butt of in the rain just to get us taken care of. Highly recommend this pro!!

They did exactly what I asked. They called and said they were running a little late but in fact they were on time so it was nice to have that communication just in case. I d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had them replace a water heater and they did an excellent job on that. The one disappointment was that when I initially asked to have them install it and suggested a specific date to have it done. I never got a confirmation one way or the other. So I never really knew if the appointment was set or not. And I was surprised when at 7:30 AM my doorbell rang with JVS at the front door. I let him in to do the job as who knows if setting another appointment would have been different. In the end all is good.

Chris, the plumber sent to our house to replace our water heater was great. He explains things well. Very competent and professional. He even had time to replace our outdooor faucet. 10 stars👍🥰

Great price, good work. Only area for improvement would be communication. I had to call main office twice to confirm appointment. My expectation would be they would call me with appointment time and confirmation. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with the work.

The ejector pump which failed on Thanksgiving and we had company coming on Saturday so it needed to be replaced quickly. Called Friday morning, they had someone on site early Friday afternoon and replace the unit. The area was left spotless and the price was reasonable. Will certainly be my go-to plumber in the future.

The water heater died on a Sunday, of course. I found Shane and JVS Plumbing through Home Advisor. Shane contacted me almost immediately. Via text, he looked at pictures I sent; helped me turn off the water; and made suggestions. He estimated the cost and sent me a proposal by 9:00 p.m. He sent Chris and Dan on Tuesday morning. They arrived early and explained what was going to happen. They were pleasant and professional and in/out quickly. I am pleased with the whole transaction, including the cost, which was very reasonable. I would hire them again, for sure.

I received a call from Shane, the owner. I explained that I had old clay pipes that we wanted scoped to ensure they were still in good shape. He explained what they'd do and was flexible on availability. Very friendly. They sent Chris who was very professional and efficient but also took the time to explain to me what we were looking for and what he was seeing with the camera. I was able to view the screen throughout the process. Overall a very good experience.
