He explained exactly what he was going to do ?exceeding my expectations. He started when he said he?d start; and finished in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional. He removed all debris and left my property how he found it. I?m really pleased with my new deck?as my neighbors and family have stopped by to see the deck; I?ve received so many compliments. I simply cannot stop looking at my deck. I?d hire him and his partner again. And, I?d most definitely recommend him to build your deck.

I hired Joe Rodriguez and team to rebuild my deck. Shortly after submitting a request on Home Advisor in April, Joe contacted me and visited my home a few days later. It only took two days to provide a quote and it was very reasonable. Joe was very knowledgeable about my village's regulations. Joe initially told me that he would be able to start my project in Jun due to other commitments. After I agreed to the price, Joe called and say that he had an opening for the next week due to a delay on another project. We agreed to proceed with the work. He managed my expectations well. He came on a Thursday to demo my old planks and railings. The team honored their commitment and returned the following Wednesday to start the build. The project was completed the next day! Joe are a pleasure to work with and I would gladly hire his company for other construction projects.

Joe Rodriguez was awesome he design me a deck and had my deck built in 2 weeks the quality was outstanding we went with trex composite instead of treated lumber he also enclose my elevated deck and also put in a door for me for storage the quality of work this man does is completely outstanding it unbelievable we highly recommend Joe's work and Joe's ability to do anything he will also be coming back to our home to remodel our master bathroom if you are needing a qualified and high- skilled contractor Joe's your guy

Joe and Dave did an excellent job building 689 sq ft L shaped deck.they were on time every day,and got the job done ahead of schedule.They do beautiful work,so good that I had them redo my front deck and accessible ramp..I would recommend TCB Construction for any work . Top notch!!

I wasn't surprised about the quality of work because I had seen a job they were working on. Very professional and detailed. I wasn't left waiting for days or weeks at a time. They showed up promptly and ready to work every day. The job was completed within one week and I absolutely love it!

Simply put, Joe does great work. He built one deck for me last year, and did such a good job, we had him come back to expand it this year. He offers practical suggestions, and works efficiently.

He made time in his schedule to meet with us to discuss the project in a couple of days, gave us a quote the next day with his availability to start the project. I had been looking for a contractor to build my screened room and deck for my Mom and I to enjoy. My uncle highly recommenced Joe of TCB. When Joe first came out I showed him a picture if my vision and he said I can build you anything you want. I hired him immediately and from start to finish I was extremely pleased with the progression and transformation of my beautiful screen room. Joe and Dave exceeded my expectations on every level and the quality and care that went into building my perfect screen room that they attached to my home. My family and neighbors absolutely love our new addition which has now become our favorite peaceful room of the house and all thanks to Joe and Dave for building my dream screen room. 1/23/2018 We called Joe and Dave again after the magnificent job done on our main bath. This time they did a complete repair and conversion/remodel of our powder room to a 3/4 bath. It was amazing to see the work in progress each evening. They are easy to work with and take tremendous pride in their work. They provided time and money-saving advice that made things so much easier in the end. We are very pleased with the finished project. It is so nice to work with a team of such caliber. They are prompt and true to their word. We will definitely hire them again!

TCB Home improvements replaced my deck. I had looked at other companies and reviewed the costs involved. Joe from TCB gave me an honest estimate of the cost and the timeframe required to do the work. Joe came to the house when he said he would he listened to my concerns and made recommendations. The work was done professionally and the job site was cleaned up daily. I now have a beautiful deck where once was an eyesore. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Joe did and I would highly recommend his company. In the future if I need other work done I would not hesitate to call TCB.

I do not know enough about how decks are built but I thought the deck was constructed well. Also my neighbor across the street who put deck post caps on the new deck told me the deck was constructed well. Joe did everything i asked him to do and was very pleasant to deal with.
