+ -1 moreI had originally taken my ECHO trimmer to the dealer from which I had purchased it. Having bought it there I thought I would have gotten a better response than "2-3 weeks". After 2+ weeks the dealer hadn't even had time to look at the trimmer, so I found Valentines online and brought it to them immediately. They too are an ECHO dealer and turned it around in less than 24 HOURS!!! They were awesome at taking the time to explain to my wife what issues they found, what it would take to fix it, and the associated cost. The only minor frustration is trying to contact them by phone. I'm not sure if they don't have voicemail, but a few times when we called we only heard a busy signal. Slightly odd for 2015, but the quick and professional service completely outweigh any frustrations we may have experienced with the phone. We will be back for ALL of our power equipment service needs - thank you Greg!!!
Description of Work: Performed warranty service and tune up on my ECHO string trimmer. Sharpened two chains for my 18" chainsaw.
