SPA TEK SERVICE

Description of Work: First service call on 9/15/05 was to inspect the hot tub to determine why it was inoperable and the total charges were $137.50 for the estimate. NO actual work was performed on that day. Jim Tossing, the owner & technician, left a service invoice and description of repairs needed. He called later that week and estimated the cost of the job to be about $400 - $500 depending on the actual amount of time required. He did not return for nearly 2 months to perform the actual work. On 11/11 & 11/12 he says he spent 4 hours of labor making various corrections including repairing a hole in the pipes and installing a new heater. He did not set the unit back up or test any of the work completed but stated it should now work. I paid him his full invoice amount of $701.39 which he said was due upon completion and spent the rest day trying to get the hot tub to work but it is still inoperable. I have called him at least 20 times over the past several months, but he won't return my calls.
