Description of Work: 3.5 hour install of A.O. Smith water heater. Second one they've installed in last approx 11 years. 50 gal. Nat. gas. First worked perfect since April 12, 2004. Started to drip/leak and decided it's at it's end of useful life. That one was about $1200 installed. Both have/had power vent.

Description of Work: They gave the furnace its annual check up. Their person showed up on time and did a good job. I purchased the furnace from them two years ago so I did not expect (and did not have) any problems.
