Lou from American Home Builders provided a detailed and firm estimate for all planned work with initial drawings of the proposed structure. Once an agreement had been reached, Lou coordinated the entire permit application process, which included securing architectural drawings and electrical subcontractors. During the entire planning stages, Lou provided regular updates on the project. Once work began, Lou and his team showed up on time with all necessary supplies in hand. Although we had a wet season, Lou continued to move the work forward. Work was always performed in a professional manner and the work site cleaned after each work day. After approximately four weeks, the project was completed on budget, with the exception of a few modifications added after discussion and mutual agreement. The overall quality of work is excellent. Finally, there were a few minor touch ups needed. Lou promptly came out and corrected them on the spot. I would gladly work with Lou again!
