+ -1 moreWhen we had our house renovated they did the electrical work and we’ve used them for approximately 30 yrs. They are professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreSomeone came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate, we went over all the work we needed done and were quoted $200 to $300 for the job. When they came out to do the work a week later, it ended up taking twice as long as expected but the work looked good. We received the invoice in the mail 1-2 weeks later and it said we owed $560. I did call about this, spoke to the owner, office manager, and finally the estimator, who said it was invoiced wrong and that the workers took took long to do the work. He dropped the invoice amount to $368. He apologized and working with them on this resolution was not stressful (it was resolved in 2.5 days). But, it's scary to get an invoice amount that is double the estimate. In the future I will be sure to always get a signed estimate.
Description of Work: They installed 2 outlets for wall sconces, added a light switch for them, a dimmer for an existing ceiling light and 3 wall outlets.

+ -1 moreWaters was really responsive and friendly. We ended up calling them back with a new question just a few weeks later and had the same great service. We didn't get comparison quotes for the work, but the price billed seemed reasonable. We were more than happy to pay for the great service, great attitude, and terrific response time. I definitely recommend them!
Description of Work: Change light fixture and also troubleshoot a remote/receiver set-up on a ceiling fan/light.
