Description of Work: Installed tile backsplash. Communication before the job was started was very spotty. Almost like the owner rarely answers his cell phone, and never checks his voicemail and e-mail. The backsplash itself looks good, except at the joint between the backsplash and the counter top. We were concerned about this and discussed it before they started the job and were reassured that if any problem arose, they would fix it. The caulking in this area has now pulled away from the counter top surface and they have not returned calls about the problem. They can't make good on their reassurances if they don"t return phone calls. The rest of the job was done well. The grout lines are even and the tile layout is excellent. I would hire them again if they would return our calls and fix the caulked joint between the tile and the counter top. If this circumstance is resolved I will update this review.
