+ -1 moreIf there is a problem they always call right away. They do a good job. We had to call them this summer because a swarm of bees were finding their way into an apartment upstairs. They took care of it.
Description of Work: They service one home and two apartments. They come every month to spray and put out bate.

+ -1 moreI get the same guy every time (Dustin), he knows the property and problems. The price is reasonable, and they will comeout if there is a problem in between their scheduled sprays they will come out for free.

+ -1 moreI think they do a good job and their prices are competitive. The technician is pretty thorough, and if there are problems, he takes care of it. I am happy with the service they provide, and will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used O'Donnell's Termite/Pest Control every month to service our rental properties. They spray for bugs, and bait for mice.

+ -1 moreAfter they made their sales call and told me what they would do, they came to do the service. When I got home that night, it appeared they had done way beyond what I had imagined they would do. They pulled back the carpet in the basement and drilled through the floor about every two feet and applied the treatment. They did that all around the basement wall. They did the same thing in the garage. They plastered the holes back up. They had to move a lot of things to do so that we never talked about. I was so impressed by how thorough they were.
Description of Work: They treated my house for termites.
