Description of Work: Louis is a very effective and knowledgeable realtor. I most recently solicited her opinion on a land sale. I found her advice to be quite insightful. louis would certainly be my first choice should I require the services of a realtor in the future.

Description of Work: I found out about through Lois Jacobson through another realtor whom did not provide property management services. After speaking with Lois, I was very comforted because of her knowledge, professionalism, and down to earth fees. They few other property management companies in Quincy wanted unrealistic fees, or were non-responsive. Lois welcomed the challenge of renting/selling a nicer home in a failing neighborhood which has proved to be very difficult to manage myself. After hiring her, we quickly found a qualified tenant, Lois provided me with excellent communication through text,email, USPS, and calls. She mailed itemized cash flow statements where every penny was going. She communicated with the tenant to address any concerns with the property. She charges 12% for property management, other companies wanted the first month rent plus 10%.
