+ -1 moreAfter the excuse above, we called a different repair person. They came and found the problem. The cost was $75. Three months later, without a letter or phone call, J & D sent the $45 into collection. After calling them and telling them what happened, the person that answered the phone said, "Too bad. You still owe us." I would never use them again.
Description of Work: Washing machine wouldn't spin. Repair person told us it had to have more clothes in it then left.

+ -1 moreTotally frustrating experience. The Technician never did follow the trouble shooting instructions issued by the manufacturer. Terrible customer responsiveness. Actually had to drive to their office twice to get answers. Based on this experience, I will not use these guys again., ever.
Description of Work: 13 month old dish washer failed and showed a fault code that could have been several different problems. Technician decided that the problem was a particular part without any trouble shooting of that part or other potential causes. Office staff ordered the part but failed to communicate that it was backordered. Dozens of calls to them resulted in busy signals or left messages that were not returned. When the part finally arrived the Tech installed it, tried it, waited a few minutes and left. During the second load with the new part the washer failed again. Additional parts were ordered and installed, finally fixing the problem, nearly a month after it began.
