After the excuse above, we called a different repair person. They came and found the problem. The cost was $75. Three months later, without a letter or phone call, J & D sent the $45 into collection. After calling them and telling them what happened, the person that answered the phone said, "Too bad. You still owe us." I would never use them again.

Totally frustrating experience.  The Technician never did follow the trouble shooting instructions issued by the manufacturer.  Terrible customer responsiveness.  Actually had to drive to their office twice to get answers.  Based on this experience, I will not use these guys again., ever.
