+ -1 moreOverall the experience was very good. I met with Kevin the Friday before he did the work he was very personable and knowledgeable about termites. He gave me facts and did not try to overstate the problem of termites. He told me how the price was figured, gave me the bid and stuck to it. The contractor who was working on my house (and who found the termites) said he has not seen a termite since the house have been treated. The bill came in a timely manner and has been paid.
Description of Work: Kevin from Innovative Home Solutions did a termite inspection and was very thorough about it. He was very informative to me about what he needed to do and what the guarantees were. He did not use any scare tactics that I have seen other pest control companies use. He set up the price and the date he would do the service. He did the job when he said he would and for the price he promised. I am very satified with the service and the price.
