Met Glenn Swick after we called him to request to see a house he had listed. Although we didn't care for that house we were impressed with his overall knowledge of the property and his efforts to sell it. He quickly realized that we were not interested in that one and started asking questions to determine what we were really looking for. When we pointedly asked him why we would want to hire him to represent us he responded, without hesitation, that he could find us the right house to buy and sell ours. Then he explained what he would do to accomplish that. We were impressed. Overall, we found Glenn to be enthusiastic and quite creative in his approach to selling the houses. He did a great job of photographing our houses and put together virtual tours that are unmatched by any realtors in town. His written descriptions of the houses were very well written and thoroughly represented the value of the houses. He printed and posted information cards throughout the houses to point out less obvious positive features to other realtors that showed the houses. We are very picky people which caused Glenn to work extra hard to find the right house for us to buy. He showed us houses for months, in fact we even made offers on a couple that ultimately fell through, but he never lost faith that he would find the right house and he always kept us well informed of his efforts. Glenn is in a class of his own when it comes to high quality realtors. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
