I called at 10 am but service did not arrive until 6 pm. Understandable due to heat but be upfront about the time needed. My biggest complaint was being charged $154 for a $20 part. I already knew what the issue was and had looked up the part on Amazon as I was going to do the repair myself so I knew how much it was. 7X mark up is a little over the top.

They put in a central unit in for us and we started getting issues about it getting warm in here. They came back and put Freon in. Within a week, we had to have them back to add more Freon. We told them to give an estimate to put a new unit in. He wanted to replace everything in the basement and the unit outside at 5000 dollars. His pricing was way out of whack so we contacted other people in the area and we went with a different company and it was half of what he wanted.

He's very good. They are courteous, on time, their work is fantastic and I've never had any trouble with them for anything. I'd say he's very fair.
