Filter reviews by service
years. The drivers have always been
polite and professional. My complaint is
with the company and their contracts. As
I said I have had used this company for over 5 years. I was looking to reduce my monthly bills and
asked them to end my services. I had
signed a contract but thought I could give them 60 days notice to discontinue
services. Their contracts give you NO
OPPORTUNITY to discontinue services early.
You have to buy out your contract.
Contracts are 36 months (3 years), this is ridiculous for a
homeowner. I understand that they cannot
make money with people coming and going a month at a time but I have been a
customer for over 5 years and there was no willingness to work with me. I am stuck with this company who increased it?s
monthly rate by $10.00 in less than a year.
They can increase their rates to whatever they want and I am stuck
paying it. Since I began this service my
monthly fee has doubled in the 5 years between monthly rate and their
environmental fee (which can change every month). I am stuck with this company and contract but
I will warn EVERYONE I talk to and EVERYONE on Angie?s list to BEWARE of this
ridiculous contract (Cell phone companies do not have these terms).
"Like many companies, our prices increase and we must pass that along to our customers. Our standard agreement, which is the industry standard, is three (3) years, and yes it does allow for increases due to our costs rising, but it also offers an out. We also don't like to lose any customer and will do, as we did in the case of this customer, anything possible, short of just walking away, to make the customer happy. This customer was offered a different servide, with a lower rate, but chose to not accept our offer and didn't want a win-win."
