+ -1 moreI bought a spa from a friend of mine, and called Allied to see if they could move it for me. I did not need them to set it up, just move it. It took several calls to talk to someone about what I needed and if they could do it. It then took several more calls to set up a time. I had my husband meet them at our friend's house to show them where it was and then to lead them to our house to show them where to put it. When they got to my friend's, there were 4 men, and they looked at it and said they would need 2 more men, and would let us know when they could get everyone together to move it. I waited a month, then called them back, and the man I talked to at that time told me they wouldn't be able to move it. I told him I had been waiting on his call, and would have appreciated being notified that they weren't going to be able to move it for me so that I could have started contacting others. He didn't even ever apologize. Very unproffessional and difficult to get ahold of.
Description of Work: Wanted a 7 foot spa moved 20 miles.
