Description of Work: installation and removal of 2 toilets

Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for bathroom remodeling - was very professional and thorough, patient with my questions. Would have liked to use him but didn't have the funds, will hopefully call him in the future.

Description of Work: His tile work was part of a total bath remodel in two of our bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom was gutted and redone. Tumbled travertine marble was installed on the shower walls and marble tile installed on the floor. Ceramic tile was installed in a powder room, adjoining hallway and closet. The cost above was for all the work he performed in our two bathrooms, not just the tile work.

Description of Work: Remodeled 2 bathrooms, walk-in hallway closet and installed new back door and storm door for $12,000 (his installation work cost $7900, rest was cabinets/tile, etc that we purchased). In first bath, he gutted room, removed soffit above tub. Installed new drywall/cement backer board, tub, travertine tile surround with accent pieces, marble flooring, exhaust fan (included running venting pipe to roof), can lighting, toilet, cabinet, mirror and wonderful glass block window that lets light in from other bathroom. Also included installing red oak trim around floor and trim around glass block window, and improving plumbing under sink. In second bath (powder), he gutted room, installed ceramic floor tile, exhaust fan, can lights, toilet, red oak door and trim, cabinet, sink, sink lighting. He cleaned up plumbing issues under sink. Closet involved extending ceramic tile into hallway and into closet. Installed new red oak door and trim. Steve removed old back door and storm door and installed new steel door and storm door.

Description of Work: Remodeling of -2nd Kitchen into a bedroom -Removed all appliances and closed off gas/water pipes. -Demolition of previous wall structures and replaced walls, including painting. -Refinished and stained wood floors including repairs. -Added molding and lighting fixtures. -Installed new custom door and covered alternative exit to original look. -Bathroom -Removed old vanity, toilet, and cabinet then installed new versions. -Repainted bathroom. -Refinished Wood floors. -Sanded Dining Room area existing wood floors, restained and varnished. -Removed built-in cabinets, replaced damaged floor to match existing wood floor. -Repainted in like style, Dining Room walls. -Complete rewiring of entire Electricity through out entire home -Replaced old flexible wire with new updated wiring to code. -Removed extra junction boxes and consolidated electrical wiring for efficiency and safety concerns. -Created and installed fixtures with electric boxes in above areas of home as well as exterior placements. -Installation of New doors in Bedrooms. -Remodeled arched Bedroom entrance to fit custom French double doors, including staining and varnishing. -Remodeling of Main home entrance. -Closed secondary entrance to basement with proper drywall to match original hallway changed by previous owner. -Painted hallway to match. -Replaced old stairway including stain and varnish to match wood floor in Dining Room/Front Room area. -Installed New light fixtures.

Description of Work: Zebra Remodeling was working on multiple jobs on multiple properties. They did full tear down and remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms at all of our homes (and we lived in 3 of them since we used them first). We have recommended him to many of our friends and all people that used him loved the experience. They are very professional, precise and will do anything to make you happy. Wife happy = happy household :)
