They were professional and friendly. I've been using them for 19 yrs.
Description of Work: I have 3 versions of Firefox browser on my desktop computer. They removed all the 3 and installed a new one and made it the default browser and updated the security features and I also e in my laptop.

Highly professional service. Initiated and maintained contact with new internet provider to ensure equipment installation at new location met all requirements. Physically handled tear-down at original location and set-up at new location. Provided necessary information and instructions for ongoing maintenance at new location. I highly recommend this company and ITS services.
Description of Work: Successfully handled all aspects associated with physical move of office computer equipment and peripherals.

Using special equipment ITS is able to connect with and interact on my computer. It allows them access to my screen and they can operate it remotely along with me. It allows them to operate and by simultaneous telephone contact, instruct me concerning specific operations.
Description of Work: I have windows XP. Microsoft has discontinued sending updates for this system..John, of ITS assisted me in obtaining special updates to continue to protect the security of my system
