I'm grateful to Mr. Hanson.

We had newborn twins who's room wasn't getting as much heat as the rest of the house. Instead of trying to sell us on adding a duct for a large amount of money, he provided some tips on routing the heat properly, inspected the furnace and provided guidance on the best way to ensure the babies room stayed warm. He came out the same day and I would use his company again if we needed work on anything heat related.

We have base heaters which requires our boiler to be cleaned once a year. The service we used last year was not professional and left a mess when everything was done. This year, I checked Angie's List and found Glenn Hanson. He had high ratings so I made an appointment. Glenn Hanson arrived with a smile and was very friendly. He was very professional and thorough. He allowed me to watch the process of cleaning, checking, and oiling the boiler. I took notes as he went along. He then showed me how to properly maintain the boiler and encouraged me to ask questions as he went along. When he was done, he walked me through what he did and showed me everything again as I checked my notes to fill in anything I left out. Glenn was very kind and patient in answering all my questions. He left with a smile. Less than a week later, he sent me a thank you card, reminding about the tips he gave me to maintain my boiler and to give him a call if I had any other quetions.I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends and family.

Estimate was given the day after we called. Work was scheduled one day after we called and was completed in 1 day. Area was clean afterward and the efficiency of the furnace and AC is amazing.

My experience with Hanson Heating was superb. On the very first visit, he managed to correctly analyze part of the reason why my air conditioner wasn't performing as well as it should and made a simple fix to the problem. This had been missed by the previous company that had worked on my A/C. He then suggested a way to re-route the air return from my living room to the hallway; something I had been told by the previous company could not be done. He gave me an estimate, purchased the materials, arrived promptly at the specified time, and finished the work in just a few hours and for exactly the price we agreed upon (even though he ran into a small complication or two). Overall, I am very glad that I chose Hanson Heating for my A/C needs. I would not hesitate to give them more of my business in the future.

Although our thermostat was functioning properly, the furnace itself would not start up and provide heat. We called Glenn Hanson late in the day and he responded promptly, given that it was extremely cold outside and we needed heat right away. He came to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part with him in the van and made an immediate repair. Although he came to our house late in the day he did not charge us extra for an emergency call, so the repair bill was very reasonable. During the visit we were discussing whole-house humidifiers, and I noted that we did not have one, but always wanted one. Glenn gave us a very fair quote on a unit that he brought back during a time of our mutual convenience and installed. Since then our house has been far more comfortable during the cold weather, allowing us to turn down the thermostat thereby allowing us to save on our heating bill. Glenn is a very knowledgeable and down to earth guy who is clearly an expert in his field. He is focused on the needs of the customer and gives a fair price for his expert service. I would recommend him to anybody having a need in the HVAC category. Thanks Glenn!

Perfect, he was punctual, pleasant and neat.

He was most courteous, seemed to take the job most seriously, and gave us some good advise. I apologize for not reporting sooner, but my 85 year old Mom became very ill in July, and required much attention.

Glenn is fantastic. Our outdoor central a/c stopped working and we called Glenn immediately - he came to our house within 1 hour to diagnose the problem - a broken solenoid. Our unit took a highly unusual sized solenoid (80/5), which he knew he would have to order and pick up the following day. To keep our unit working, however, he gang-modified two (40/5) solenoids and it worked like a charm - very creative problem solving. He picked up the part the following day and returned to complete the work permanently. At that time he noticed the wiring from the outdoor breaker to the unit was not grounded, so he replaced that with a grounded unit. The whole situation was resolved within 24 hours and our unit is better than before. Professional, courteous, creative, and fair. He did what it took to keep the unit running and then came to resolve the situation permanently, all for a very fair price.

As always with Glen, it is a pleasure to have him working in the house. He has cared for our house and its systems for many years, and we are always extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. The installation was flawless and the system is up and working.

The furnace started making a strange noise and I called Mr. Hanson on Saturday. He arrived, on schedule, Monday morning, found the source of the noise and stopping only to pick up the parts himself, had the furnace operating perfectly within a few hours.
