Provider "Alex" originally agreed to come after 4pm on Tue June 11th. On the appointment day after 4pm, I received a call that the technician can not make it. Appointment was rescheduled for Thur June 13th. On the appointment day, it was a NO SHOW NO CALL. Prior to the Thur appointment, and after, I have left several text messages & voice mail to provider, but Alex does NOT have the courtesy to respond.
