Dynamic Remodel Solutions is a residential and commercial remodeling company. We install tile and other products for your home to add beauty and value to your existing home or as part of your new construction project. We provide our customers with a free estimate, a steadfast workmanship guarantee and can usually schedule the work around your particular circumstances. We install kitchen tile, bathroom tile, counter tops, entry ways, pool walkways and other inside and outside decorative tile. We also do custom shower pans, handicap showers etc. And a range of remodeling services to provide you with the best remodeling experience possible. I NEVER leave the project with my customer un-happy! I enjoy meticulous, intricate work that my customers can show off to their friends for many years. I help my customers out with choosing various patterns, designs and layouts. General Contracting We provide both commercial and residential general contracting services.  For our residential customers we offer Kitchen, Bathroom, and Basement remodeling services, as well as Additions.  We complete many projects with our in-house team, but for larger projects we will oversee trustworthy and experienced subcontractors. We will bring accountability and organization to your project. Remodeling Projects Whether you need an addition, a kitchen or bath upgrade, a finished basement, or any other remodeling need, we can transform your dreams into reality.  We can also develop creative solutions to help you turn unused or awkward spaces into unique storage and play spaces. We can work with your designer or architect, or we can provide plans for you. We have a long list of referrals and trade references to give you confidence in your decisions and get the job done right. We were completely satisfied.
Description of Work: We had two showers that were leaking into the commercial space below our condo. Karl helped us come up with a solution that fit what we needed and our budget. In our guest bathroom, he was able to renovate just the lower portion of the shower, rebuild the pan and match the tile and grout to the rest of the shower. In our master bathroom, he demo'd, fixed the water-damaged plywood underneath our cracked pan, rebuilt a custom pan, and helped us design a beautiful master bathroom shower. The quality of the finished product was remarkably obvious compared to the original work we had from our builder. His workers were friendly, hardworking, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I will use Karl again and would recommend his work.
