After leaving about 8-12 messages with an answering service for several weeks, NO ONE has returned our calls. There doesn't seem to be a real service person connected with this company anymore. When you pay a bill you are supposed to send it to a PO Box . It all seems really shady and different from when we first had the system put in many years ago.
Description of Work: My husband and I have been trying to cancel the service and it is connected to our phone. We are getting mechanical messages every other time we pick up the phone saying things like "System Battery is bad."...and so on ; The sensors kept going bad, so we have replaced the security system, but still getting these messages on our phone. We wanted the Chicago Security Systems to disconnect this aspect of their service.

I loved these guys. I've been with them for over 10 years and the service was excellent and timely, everyone was professional and friendly, I had a couple of times where the system was activated and worked like a charm. A couple of years ago they started to work with a call center instead of the calls going directly to the company. Now it's just awful!!! I have to call multiple times to get a reply, I've had a no-show. If I do get to the office it's the same excellent staff, but their use of the call center has seriously affected their quality and consumer responsiveness. I would really think twice before recommending them to anyone.

Description of Work: I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. they use to be excellent. this year I paid (as usual) for maintenance for the year. I called them in March to set up an appointment. they did not show up, no call or anything. I called them set another appointment and the same thing. it is October and they still have not come out. Now they do not even answer my call. No explanation as to why. I have asked for my money back but still do not get a call back. I would not recommend them to anyone.
