WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM IN THE BEGINNING, THEN THE WORK WENT WAY DOWNHILL. THEY DONT RESPOND TO SPECIFIC REQUESTS. THEY TOTALLY DESTROYED OUR YARD WITH HEAVY MACHINERY (THAT WE HAD ASKED THEM NOT TO USE) AND NOW WE HAVE TO RESOD AND REDO OUR YARD. THEY ALSO BLEW ALL OF THE LEAVES INTO THE FAR AREAS OF OUR BACK YARD INSTEAD OF REMOVING THEM AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.
