Description of Work: They were to send two people, but only one came. She dusted ,vacuumed,cleaned floors. She did kitchen and bath. |She was to use the products that the owner sells but did not. She used products that I have used and don't work. She cleaned my wood floors with a product that I had a terrible time getting it off. She was here 2 hrs and I have a 2700 square foot house. There is no way one person can do everything in two hours.

+ -1 moreI expected a cleaning service to do a better job than I would if I were cleaning. I'm not sure these two ladies do that. The brunette is better at the job than the blonde who just does the minimum it seems. The blonde will vacuum but not move cords to sweep under the cords. They are proud of the fact that they use a steam cleaner. I'm not sure that's better than good old soap and water. Their price is very cheap. Shouldn't the wastepaper baskets be emptied? I want them to succeed. I want them to be better.
