+ -1 moreToo busy to even return a call for service. Called during morning business hours on Monday for service on AC. Left message. No one returned call during that day or the next day. Called another firm and scheduled service same day.
Description of Work: Did not return call for service on AC.

Description of Work: Called them based on the previous report from another homeowner in the area, as well as personal referral. They came out the same afternoon and got our old and feeble AC unit up and running. It needed freon and a lot of coaxing to get the unit going. The service tech was very friendly and professional. He did recommend a new unit (he is right!) but looked around at the other work being done on our "fixer-upper" and joked about having to wait. We will definitely call them when the time comes!

+ -1 moreEvery time we have had work done by this company they have done excellent work at a fair price. We have used them about 5 times now and been very happy with their workmanship.
Description of Work: We have a rental house in Port Byron and out renters called and said the furnace wasn't working. We called Youngs Heating and A/C and they went right out checked things over and called us with an estimate and when we were told the furnace had died they gave us an estimate and quickly got a replacement furnace installed. Last year in 2010 we had to call them once for a problem with the furnace and once for a problem with the A/C both times they responded very quickly and gave us a very fair priced estimate for the work that needed to be done. We have been very pleased with their prices, the quality of their work, and how quickly they respond. We live in another town and it is great to know we have a company we can rely on to help us take care of our property.
