I called to get an estimate. They told me they were too busy and to call someone else or try them again in four weeks. Thanks for nothing. I would have appreciated being put on a waiting list as there is no rush. Oh well. I won't be calling back.

Called mid-March for an estimate and was told someone would call me on Monday. Heard nothing, so called them back on Tuesday. Receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone call to make an appointment. On Friday, they showed up unannounced but we had a good conversation on what needed to be done. Received quote and agreed to have work scheduled. I didn't, however, get a firm appointment until the morning of! Did great, quick, work, though. To my surprise, they left without comment and I received a bill in the mail the following week. Interesting - I'd expected to pay them that day.

These are very busy people. I called for an estimate. They scheduled a time for the estimate and were there on time. We had a lot of rain at that time. They waited to remove the old gutters and install the new ones when there was a break in the weather. They were here only a day. I had 300' of seamless gutters installed. I also had aluminum gutter guard installed. I have a lot of trees and was having to go up clean gutters a lot. I had another estimate on JUST the gutter guard, but they were twice the cost of the ones installed by Superior Gutter, Inc. for the same gutter guard. They did a real good job of picking up everything. They did miss a few pieces of trim scrap and a few screws. I have a riding lawn tractor, so these screws could have punctured a tire if I didn't find them. So make sure you check for these screws. These are very professional people. I would recommend.

I first dealt with Audrie to set up the free estimate. Then Tom stopped by after measuring and gave me a written estimate. What nice people they are. We agreed the work would take place in the next week or so. They did come the next week and I didn't even know they had been there till I received my invoice in the mail which matched the estimate. I went upstairs to look out the window to see if they had actually installed the covers!!! I would definitely use Superior Gutters again and would recommend them to everyone. Great. They look great and work even better. We got the 6" gutters. The crew was efficient and cleaned up well before they left and were gone before we knew it. They looked so good that our neighbor got hers done by them too. We recommend them A LOT and have never heard one complaint.
