We were getting our house ready for a move and two squirrels entered the house in the three weeks before the move. After the second entry, we realized it wasn't from a door being left open, but some other way of entry. I called Orkin and the dispatcher had one of their technicians call me back. He was able to fit us into his schedule. At the point I called, we knew there was still a squirrel in the house but we couldn't find it because it was hiding in an inaccessible location. The Orkin technician made an appointment to come out the next day. He explained there was a fee for coming to the house and then a separate fee for every animal captured. Later that day after talking to the technician, I met the squirrel on the steps and chased it out of the house. I called Orkin back to tell them that we no longer had to worry about capturing the animal. He asked it he should still come. I said yes, because we still wanted to figure out how they were getting in. We scheduled a time for the next day. He arrived at 10:30 while I was napping and I didn't hear him. I thought he was coming at 11:30, but he was still able to do a walkaround of the house and find two locations of possible entry. Even thought we had a mix-up on the time (which easily could have been my fault and not his), we were pleased with the work. We were able to hire a handyman to take care of the issues.

They are a good company. They are reasonable. They get rid of the pests. I use them often.

They come for service once a month.They are always very prompt to arrive. They call ahead to remind me of the day for service. He is always right on time. He is a very cheerful guy, he doesn't take very long, he doesn't complain about my mess, and all of the problems have essentially gone away.
