Jerry and his son did a great job refinishing my floors. I had original flooring in the living room and new hardwood that had been put in the hall. They did a great job matching it. You canâ t tell whatâ s old and whatâ s new. It looks beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Jerry and his crew were very efficient, the entire process was clearly communicated, the finished work was beautiful and done on-time. Also, I appreciated them talking me through it all, as I learned about the possibilities when refinishing old pine floors.

I would rather have had a contract written up instead of a copy of the estimate of how much the job might be. Also I was not told at the time I hired them that they wanted payment before finishing the job. At the time of repair I was asked if for payment. I always want to wait until the job is finished to pay for the service. As it was I paid for the service before it was finished. This is not the way to do business.

He did a very good job refinishing my floors that Iâ m incredibly happy with the results! If I ever need him for other houses in the future i will definitely reach out to him again!

I have over 30 years woodworking experience, but never with floors, so I tried it, and quickly found out it is a different animal entirely. I didn't have the right tools, experience, or feel for the job. But Lanning Hardwood Flooring does. Trust me, floor refinishing is not a do it yourself job. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money - call Lanning. They finished the job in two days - a 70-year-old oak floor that was warped with water stains. They got it level and most of the water stains are gone, the bad water stains (that honestly were probably stained with a lot more than just water) are virtually hidden in the color of wood stain they recommended - the floor looks fantastic. If I ever have another hardwood floor refinishing job, my first call will be to Lanning.

The communication was fabulous. Whether I called or texted, I always got a response. The job was done during the time that it was scheduled. The floors and stairwell look amazing, included the built in registers! Everyone that has stopped by has loved them.

WOW-Jerry and his team rocked my wood floors! i reached out on HomeAdviser at around 8am and by noon he was on the phone to me, later that same day he drove to my house to have a look. This is a guy who want your business. I hired him and by the following Monday he was on the job, Wednesday he was finished. He sanded and placed three (3) coats of floor finish on 1200 SQFt of yellow pine in three days. Since then I have spoken with him several times, he wanted to make sure we were happy.
