+ -1 moreOwner returned call right away ~ I was in a crunch time with new tenant moving in, he rearranged his schedule and was able to fit my job in. Did and excellent job!!!!!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in a 2 bedroom duplex after a tenant moved out. Treated, deodorized and steam extract.

+ -1 moreWe phoned and set up an appointment in our area, as Gem's is 40 miles from us. The proprietor (sorry, can't come up with his name right now) was very throrough in explaining to us his cleaning method, and gave us a fair estimate. We were working on other areas of the house, while he cleaned the carpet, so observed his cleaning for a while. He was polite, professional, and we would definitely call him again. We have recommended him to several friends.
Description of Work: We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning services of Gem's Carpet Cleaning. We have a rental house that had badly soiled carpet in the living room/hallway.
