 + -1 moreBefore moving in we found Cecil's on Angie's List which was BETTER than drawing a name out of a hat or taking a stab out of the paper. Set up via text messages, they were on time and got right to work. Worked amazingly well on the old kitchen carpet, other rooms came clean as well. Very responsive and attentive to our home. I added a small tip as a thank you for a job well done.
Description of Work: 3 rooms & hall cleaned.

 + -1 moreGreat experience! There was not a long wait to get them out. They were very helpful and courteous on the phone and were able to answer all of my questions. My daughter was home when they came to clean the carpets and said they were super nice while they were there. I was VERY pleased with the results. The carpets look great! Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

 + 0 moreThe overall experience with Cecil is great! When we first moved into our home 1 year ago, Cecil and Cathy steam cleaned all of our carpets and then added a stain guard to protect our carpets. Cecil was VERY careful around all of my furniture! I also had Cecil wash all the windows in my home... And oh my goodness!...talk about clean!!! I recently had Cecil come again and clean my carpets and once again, I was Not disappointed. He does such a great job and is so careful. He and his wife are so friendly and take customer service to a new level! I must say, I also really appreciate Cecil's honesty! If you ask a question, you'll get an honest answer.
Description of Work: We just purchased our home about a year ago and before we moved in Cecil cleaned all of our carpets and put scotch guard on all of them. We also had him wash all of the windows in our home before we moved in. (they were REALLY dirty!) Then just last month (November) he came and cleaned my carpets again.
