The Brick Kicker inspector was prompt, reasonably priced, and gave us a full and satisfactory report of the house we were buying. We've now lived in the house for 20 months, and nothing has come up which wasn't discovered by the inspector. The house had been pre-inspected by the seller, but our inspector caught a roof leak which had been thought by the seller to have been fixed, but was still actively leaking, which probably saved us a lot of grief down the road.

Our Realtor gave us two names to choose from. The first person did not respond. The Brick Kicker responded quickly. Gave us pictures of the inspection and reviewed all the areas inspected with us. He was thorough and even took pictures on top of the roof! He also provided us with a notebook full of information about home operations. We were very pleased with his work. He took care of the termite and radon assessments too.
