CONS!!! Do NOT call these guys unless you want to get ripped off!!! We had their tech, Adam, come to the house on 12.6.2016 for a 45 minute repair and he was 25 minutes late. He finished the job in a timely manner, but once he completed the job he informed me that the Honeywell Smart Valve he installed is "notoriously expensive." When I asked him how "notoriously expensive" it was, he told me $726 (+ $145 for the service call, which seems perfectly reasonable). My mistake was to trust him and take his word for the cost of the item, but as it turns out, the part only costs $189.45, and a CASE of 4 costs $726! Thinking he had simply made a mistake, I called the shop after I looked up the part and spoke to the owner, Matt, in an attempt to retrieve the $500 they overcharged us. Matt said he was busy and that he'd call me back, which he did 6 hours later to tell me that there was no mistake and that's their normal mark up on parts! Are you freaking kidding me??!! A $500 mark up??!! I understand that business owners need to make a profit and as there are children in the house we needed heat, but come on, really??? Furthermore, upon learning how expensive the cost of the repair was, I asked Adam if they offer a military discount, and I was somewhat relieved to hear that they do indeed offer a 20% discount for veterans. Again, I should have been less trusting and more scrupulous, because after reviewing the receipt I calculated that he only gave us a 2.9% discount off of the part they marked up $500... pretty generous of them, huh? Ripping off vets and taking advantage of kids in need of heat is a **** of a way to run a business if you ask me. Fool me once, I suppose, but I will NEVER deal with these con artists again and I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else gets ripped off by them either.

Call mj and got a guy named Matt was very helpful I explained what was going on with my furnace. Told me to try a couple of things first to see what was going on. After that he said it was either board or fan. So I figured it was going to take a long time to get over and get it fixed but I was wrong told me he had a job going on now and if I could send him the sn/mn so he knew what he was look for as far as parts. Some how some way 5:00 he was done and didnt cost a arm and leg. Thanks again Matt for your help on trying to trouble shoot first before coming out and thanks again for getting it done in a timely manner
