Warner's Decking was good to work with from developing the plans for our deck through to completion. The city inspector even complimented the quality of their work.

Working with Warner's Decking was a pleasurable experience. They were competitive pricing-wise during the quoting process, but stood out with their explanation of the process and attention to detail. They executed the resurfacing of my deck flawlessly and ahead of schedule - and maintain an high level of cleanliness throughout the multi-day job. When a few questions came up, they were quick to respond and, in one case, modify the design to accommodate my request. I highly recommend.

It is rare that I will take the time to review a business like this, but with the amazing experience we had, it seemed almost sinful not to write one. We were in dire need of a new deck as our old wooden one had begun to rot. It was not only awful to look at, but it was quickly becoming dangerous. I decided to bite the bullet and save myself future headaches by going with the Trex product. I researched several companies approved to sell and install this product, and I liked what I read about Warner's. However, not having many good experiences lately with contractors, I was wary. I scheduled an initial appointment with Chris. He was very accommodating right off the bat in getting the right day and time we needed. He could NOT have been any nicer, more professional or more forthcoming on what we could expect. I liked the product very much, and I liked Chris' attitude and dedication to being a perfectionist. I hired him the same day. Unfortunately for us, we found Warner's late in the spring, so we had to wait until beginning of August before our project could start. It was WORTH THE WAIT. The crew that did all the work - Reed and Joel, to be specific - were FANTASTIC! Not only were they very nice, very funny and generally good guys, they were also very, very good at what they do. They were efficient, they were always on time (actually earlier than I would've believed), and they kept at it even in the rain (as long as it wasn't a downpour or lightening). They even treated our dog as part of the family and asked if she could be out with them sometimes. It was adorable.. "Can Sunny come out and play?" LOVED IT! On top of all this - they were helpful, professional and wonderful when an unexpected problem came up due to how our previous deck had been installed. When they removed the old deck, they realized the part of the house it had been up against was never properly sealed, and there was mold and rot on the outside wall. I went into a panic, and they were great about calming me down. Not only that, but they were able to fix it for us as part of the job, so the delay was minimal. I will be forever grateful for this. If you have been burned by contractors who are incompetent, unreliable con men, go for a breath of fresh air and choose Warner's. Is it cheap? No. However, it is more than on par with the cost of this product. And you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Faith in humanity restored.

Warner Decking did an outstanding job. The quality, workmanship, professionalism and detail orientation can not be beat. The Warner team is fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Also very creative problem solving! Worth every penny spent. I highly recommend them.

Project seemed to drag on and on. We understand that they have hired a new project manager to help them keep on top of the many projects they have "in flight". Warner's is evidently is in high demand because of the quality of their work. Mr. Warner is honest, forthright, and is -only- interested in doing a job "the right way".

Original contact went well. Estimator came out and was very professional and understood the details. I requested quote for composite and wood decks. Received quote in just a few days for composite option. Emailed repeatedly for status of wood deck quote. Never received. Found another deck builder.

They were very professional. They gave me an estimate very quickly but the bid was very high. All of the interactions went very smoothly and professionally. It was just a very high bid so I couldn't go with them. They were quite a bit higher than everybody else.

We wanted a deck that would hopefully last 50 years, built with Ipe which is incorruptible but difficult to work with due to the extreme hardness and density. Also used Trex powder-coated aluminum for the railings. Got several quotes, Warner had great attention to detail from start to finish. They were willing to work with our design requirements, such as 6x6 Ipe posts, and the use of Ipe for all non-framing material. The deck was incredibly beautiful when finished, truly a masterwork of the deckmaker's art. All the top and side surfaces are "finished" surfaces, each stairis comprised of three triangles, and the posts are all capped. After staining, the grain and texture and details made it seem to almost belong on the interior of the house, a natural extension of our red oak hardwood floors. Warner did a tremendous job, had several very helpful design suggestions. They also stood behind me when I wanted to return one of our massive 6x6s due to a streak of sapwood. I also appreciated they were willing to come back and take care of a few details, such as grinding down some exposed screw tips. Did a fine job with the cleanup and etc. Our yard faces onto a golf course, our deck has gone from a bit of an eyesore to one of the finest in the neighborhood. Tnanks Warner!

First let me say this review is way over due. We had storm damage to our attached screen room back in June of 2014. Warner's Decking was one of the company's we found on Angie's List and Chris came out to give us an estimate. We did not have the work done until September of 2015 though as we were still waiting for the insurance company to approve everything. That being said, we have an attached gazebo style screen room, approximately 12 x 20, that had storm damage. When we called, Chris promptly came out and gave us an estimate of $20,800 for a complete tear down of roof and walls. He was very professional, explained the whole process and gave us a few suggestions as to the new screening products that were available. During the process we also decided as long as we were having this taken down to the floor to ask Chris to give us an estimate on having a Trex floor put on. He told us it would be approximately $10,000 more. Carlos was the head person he sent out with the crew. He was very polite, professional and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. It did take longer than we originally thought it would but it is gorgeous. About a week after they were done we had an issue with one of the screens and when I called, they were out the next day to fix it. Also, because of all the rain we had in November/December we had a problem with the door not working properly. We called and Chris called back and explained that the wood would have to dry out some before they could take care of that. A couple weeks later Carlos came out and fixed the door and we haven't had any problems with anything since. I have complete confidence in this company. Would suggest them highly and would definitely use them again if needed. They are very busy and there was a window wait time of 10 to 12 weeks but worth the wait.

Ok, first let me say if you want this guy book him early ! He is good & therefore in high demand. We first spoke in May, I signed with Chris in the beginning of June , work didn't start 'til August. I wanted something very specific that not all builders have experience with : an Ipe deck ( Brazilian hardwood ) using the clip system ( no visible screws , the boards have groves on the sides and the clips hold them together out of sight) . Ipe is very dense & therefore wears out saws, drills, etc, more quickly . Not everyone likes to work with it. I researched this heavily before contacting Chris & was impressed that he knew all sorts of details that I had looked up right off the top of his head. We decided on a steel frame to support the deck , since the longevity of this wood far exceeds what is normally used as support. Chris completely understood what I was looking for & had some even better ideas to enhance the original plan. One of them was Trex alumiunum railings, very low profile & blended in perfectly with the wood tones of the Ipe. Beautiful finishing touches w post caps & skirts. And even when there was a construction mis-communication, it was quickly resolved & we moved forward. There should be more contractors like Chris , he is detail oriented & a consummate professional . His office manager Sabina was great to work with as well.

Although crew generally tried to clean up on a daily basis, there were some cleanliness issues, namely, inadequate protection from concrete dust (e.g. no plastic sheeting to protect stored possessions) and carpenters wearing same muddy footwear as had been worn working outside on decks at other jobs. Duration of job was much longer than expected due to crew working on other, outdoor, jobs intermittently. On the positive side, several additional services involving electric and carpentry were performed as requested after work began.

We researched through Angies and decided to seek 2 estimates. Chris Warner came out within a few days of calling and it was obvious that his professional approach to this project was what we were looking for in a contractor. He was polite, very knowledgeable about his product and services, listened to what we had in mind and gave us helpful suggestions as to how to realize the project. His pricing was a tad higher than the competition but this was offset by his ability to fashion the curved deck we were seeking (the competitor didn't seem able to accomplish this when asked). After deciding on Warner and providing a small downpayment, they gave us a date range for the estimated start to the project. They started the project on the early end of that estimated start.Tony and Junior were the installers and, like the owner, were polite, personable and very experienced in this type of project. Chris came out a few days after completion to inspect the work with us and to make sure we were satisfied with his firm's work. My wife and I are VERY happy with the finished deck and the work that Warner provided.

Chris and his team went beyond our expectations! Chris came out promptly and provided samples of the decking colors we were interested in and estimate provided immediately. He followed up with a quote via email which was very detailed. I changed my mind about the ballisters a couple of days prior to the project startiing, but Chris assured me that it was not a problem. The project was completed as Chris had advised us and I can only say... A GREAT JOB DONE AND NOW WE ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL DECK! Next year, we are having additional work done to the deck, and of course, we will have Chris and his team do that work, also.

I thought these folks, though very professional, were priced way above the other estimates I had received.

Our wooden deck was old and beginning to sink at one end. We went to Angie's list and found Warner's Decking. Owner Chris Warner returned our phone calls and emails promptly throughout the process. He took quality time to sit with us and design a new deck. Because our space was limited, he had to use the same basic footprint in the construction of the new deck. Chris Warner listened to our needs and general ideas, then showed us ways to create a deck that looked quite different from the older model despite the constraints of our space. We now have a low maintenance deck constructed with Trex material that is uniquely designed, well built, and meets our needs. It's quality workmanship! Warner's Decking crew was very professional and highly skilled. We enjoyed watching them work - they are clearly professional tradesmen. We highly recommend Warner's Decking. Chris will be at the top of our list for future home project consideration.

The build went great despite all the rain we had. And was delivered to us as promised the day before our party, power washed and ready to go. When we are ready to remodel our kitchen we will be looking to Chris Warner and his team of professionals to do that too.

I needed some repairs to my deck, and this company did a great job. Their owner came out and did a full inspection of my deck and made some recommendations for repairs. His workers came to our house and did a great job with the repairs. They were very professional and did great work. I would definitely recommend this company.

The owner Chris came out to give an estimate of work to demo our existing dilapidated deck and designed a new one to our specific wishes. He did a fabulous job and helped us to get what we needed into the scope of our budget. We had our deck done in Trex and Chris suggested we look at accenting our color choice with a complimentary lighter color for facing and railings. It is so beautiful. He even exceeded our expectations in an open feel I was looking for in our two tiered deck with stunning waterfall style steps to main level. Chris was available at all times for questions. His crew was respectful and friendly at all times as well as very tidy. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything prior to leaving. At the end of the project we had a concern about elevated concrete where an old post to original deck stood out...it was more of a concern only because we have younger children that might not watch where they are walking and could trip. Chris sent out one of his guys immediately and even came by himself to make sure it was done to our satisfaction and to inspect himself. I cannot say enough about Chris...truly a pleasure to work with. He is a great contractor and takes pride in his company....this shows most definitely in his work. An all around wonderful person with honesty and integrity to boot! We would highly recommend Chris to anyone and already have to all our friends!

Perfect. Prompt, courteous, professional! Treated like a family member. Chris and his team was flawless and I would certainly use them again.

Work started in late summer to remove part of the old deck and install the deck platform. Tub was mounted and wired for use though not filled with water. Work was suspended in the fall because we went to Florida and returned in May. Work resumed at that time and took about 3 weeks or so to complete (with weather, etc). Deck has a very classy and comfortable look. Special lighting gives the deck a very cozy and warm feeling at night. Chris Warner was very easy to work with and willingly accepted our several "on the spot" changes. His crew also very accommodating. The electricians and plumbers recommended by Chris to handle the support work were also very professional and did good work. I think we could have had the job done at a lower cost but, I suspect we would not have been as satisfied. Like the man says "You get what you pay for" and we are very satisfied with our end result. Finally, don't be afraid to discuss off-the-wall ideas with Chris. He can probably make it work for you.

He was very professional and readily available. He does fantastic work and everyone who sees our deck raves about it. I would give him an A+. We will definitely be using him in the future.

While our choice was expensive, it was worth it. The Trex looks great and Chris and his crew went above and beyond what I expected. Chris hires people who are very courteous and conscientious- they cleaned up every day before they left, powerwashed the deck when finished, and did a final sweep to get any metal screws, nails, etc.. Everything was done right, and the whole affect is that I now have a gorgeous deck- one that could grace the cover of Better Homes and Gardens.
