TTLC’s Chris Rojo was the reason for the best experience I have had with a contractor! He walked me through every question I had. He negotiated with the insurance adjuster and pointed out hail damage. There were some issues that I didn’t think he would get out of insurance. Did he prove me wrong! He got the job done with in a few days. Now I have a new roof, new gutters, and new siding. It looks like a new house again. Thanks Chris! Great Job!!

I was successful with the siding but my insurance wouldnâ t budge for a full roof even though both were wind and hail damaged. We would like to express how wonderful our experience was with TTLC. We, like many, were hit hard by that hail storm in April 2023 and our roof was in need of a full replacement. My husband and I were dreading the process of dealing with the insurance company and the headaches we were about to endure that go along with submitting a claim. We researched MANY and we interviewed several but Todd Wambsganss at TTLC gained our trust and the job. Listen, I am fully aware that I am not super easy to deal with in big deal situations. I had a million questions and then a million follow up questions through the process. From the first meeting Todd and his side kick Kyle put my husband and I at ease. Todd walked us through how to even start the insurance process and what to expect. He and Kyle then personally met up with the insurance adjuster when he got here to make sure he caught all the damage to out home. He then quickly responded each and every time as things came to mind in the process. Within 3 weeks of finding TTLC we ended up with a whole new roof, gutters, downspouts, flashing and we are about to get our garage doors! The ONLY thing I had to do after finding TTLC was call to make the claim, set up the meeting with the adjuster and pick out colors for all of our new stuff! So easy and way more than we ever even could have hoped for. We were also lucky to get an absolutely wonderful team of guys with TTLC that came out to install our roof. The Welmer team were highly professional, and incredibly tidy group that worked their butts off and it shows. It all looks perfect! I would recommend this company over and over and over again.
