Description of Work: Provider was supposed to deliver and spread 2 yards of black mulch. After 5 months and many phone calls, service was never completed. I will ask for my money back.

Description of Work: Provided multiple dates. They emailed requesting I call them which I did on 4/25 and they said the would come within a week and did not. Then emailed on 5/8 with no response. Then called number again on 5/15 and went straight to voicemail with no return. The service was for front and side yard mulch. Do not think they had any intention of providing the service I prepaid 150.00 for

+ -1 moreFantastic from point of contact to completion! We had not moved into our new home yet and we knew the driveway was covered in ice and snow. We would be moving in a couple days and had to get it cleared for the truck and movers. Within hours of contacting Troy he had already made it out to our new home. Now we were still living in our apartment an hour away so Troy was on his own. He contacted me because the gate to get through the driveway to complete the snow removal was frozen solid shut. We agreed that he would heavily salt the frozen area then come back again tomorrow to see if that was enough to loosen the gate. He also came up with some other options to try if the salt didnt work and assured us that he would make sure we could get our moving truck through the driveway. So the next day came and when I got the call from Troy he had good news. The salt worked on the gate so he was able to open it up and plowed the entire driveway. Then he salted to help keep the area as safe as possible for our move the next day. We were so thankful and relieved! I would use and recommend Troys services ANYTIME. This is an honest, respectable, dependable, and hardworking person who knows how to treat his customers. We were in a bind and had to trust a complete stranger but he came to the rescue in a huge way! Thanks Troy

+ -1 moreMy husband called him.........received a call back.........he came out and looked at the ramp and apron leading to the garage and comes out and does a fine job.
Description of Work: My husband is in a wheel chair and we need our concrete ramp and apron leading into the garage shoveled and salted so he can use the ramp. Troy comes out and does it for us regardless of the amount of snowfall. We have yet to receive a bill as the month of February hasn't ended. Good guy!
