They were very professional, courteous, helpful and prompt.

The sales person was always available to answer questions and they have a 24 hour hotline so if something goes wrong we can contact them. They are prompt with coming out and fixing our problems.

I stayed with him while he worked and asked questions the whole time. Jason Griffin was the technician that came to the house. He did great work and I will ask for him again when I call them in the fall.

We had a new Aprilaire 700A whole house humidifier installed. Setting up the appointment was easy and the the staff was very courteous in helping with scheduling the earliest available one which was 3 business days later. The appointment time was for sometime after 12PM. The technician arrived at around 2:00PM and proceeded to do the work. He was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The job was well done and included installing the humidifier unit on the furnace, wiring it to the furnace control board, running the temperature sensor to the outside of the house (for automatic humidity control), installing the control/sensor unit on the intake duct, running a new copper flexible pipe from the humidifier to the hot water line, running a new PVC pipe for the water from the humidifier to the floor drain and even adding a couple of new outlets on an existing furnace switch box. The furnace area was free of any debris after the install.All in all a good job.

They were very good, good price. Professional, did a great job installing. I will use them again and recommend them also.

I would say that Tamarack has been great. The last time and every other time I use them too. They usually come out to do this two times a year and all is fine. They just kind of tell us what is wrong, what needs to be done, and go on their way. They seem to be very reasonable too.

When they come, they are friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work they do and the relationship that we have. They always show up on time and they work very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

They were just superb. From top to bottom everyone we dealt with was great. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again.

Survey of coil damage indicated little hope of repair, so the tech recommended a replacement and provided an estimate after obtaining necessary regarding price and labor. Tamarack promptly called to schedule the installation appointment and were very able to accept a forward looking date (3 months in advance). One (1) week prior to the appointment I was forced to reschedule the appointment, and a one (1) week move was still possible and easily executed. I was called the day before the scheduled installation date and provided the exact time frame of the techs arrival (0730-0830), this was left as a message. The techs arrived very close to 0730 hrs (07:30 AM) and after a friendly greeting promptly set about to execute the replacement. The replacement operation was executed professionally, and I was provided some advice on items where I had related questions to the furnace. Coolant charging was incomplete due to low temperatures outside (near freezing), to be executed later.

Aaron was very professional and explained everything he was doing, and showed me what I could do as a homeowner to make sure the furnace was working at its top efficiency. He answered all my questions and showed me what I could do to keep the unit clean.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TAMARACK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY GAVE ME A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE AND COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. BEN DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS EASY TO WORK WITH. HE OFFERED GOOD ADVICE ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE HEATING AND COOLING IN MY TWO STORY HOME. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAMARACK.
