Took all measurements at the time of first visit, fabricated all necessary duct work at the shop and had everything ready to go when they arrived to do the installation. 3 service men arrived around 8 AM and had everything replaced and running before 1PM that same day. | |We have used them before for service and were very happy with they work. This was a big job and we could not have been happier with the work, quality of equipment, neatness of the workers. Description of Work: I had requested a quote on a multi-stage, variable speed American Standard furnace by emailing Tim. Soon after, I was contacted by Jeff who came over, checked my system, and gave me a quote. He even arranged for me to see the quoted system at a customer's house. For my own reasons, I decided to go with another furnace mfg. As for my experience with Jeff / TR Miller is concerned - I would give him/them an A+ without hesitation.

Description of Work: Humidifier was not working. They quickly found the problem, explained it in a way I understood (as a non-technical person). In fact, there was a minor installation concern (not the fault of TR Miller/Tamarack) that they repaired quickly and affordably.

Description of Work: I tried to get help from many companies around Naperville and Tamarack Heating & Cooling is the best. They are very, very professional and prompt in service. Price is extremely reasonable. They installed top of the line furnace, energy efficient A/C, water heater, electronic air filter and power humidifier; everything together for $9000. That s a very good price compared to others in the market. If you have any problems, they are more than happy to come and fix it for you. After a month of installation, I called to report some noise from the return drop (because of the large size, when the air handler shifts to a lower speed, there is variation in the pressure in the return), they come and fixed it. I am so impressed by the people working for this company. These are the kind of people you would love to employ. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for American Standard, they are the best.

Description of Work: Company was booked up for this service for some time - perhaps a month, but they did come on the day promised and were clean, quick and efficient. Explained procedures, gave recommendations and performed good service. Will use again.
