Over a period of a month, our new Sears dishwasher was supposed to be delivered. Sears kept telling us the installer would call and that it would be delivered the next day. Five times so far, SEars has told us a date and no one has called or showed up. I called this company 4 times today and they never answered. What a mess. Totally avoid them.

TRASH! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very unprofessional. It’s takes forever to get in touch with them, the secretary is RUDE. Then the installers don’t show up for the paid for scheduled appointments nor will they return the call or text asking where they are when they are hours late. We will disputing the charges through our credit card company as no service was provided, and we will be reporting them to BBB. We wish we would’ve read the reviews about them before hiring them. Now we are still without an installed oven right before the holidays. Ridiculous. I wish we could give no stars.

I purchased a dishwasher from Costo similar to other reviewer. I never received any communication from TNT. I called and left a message on their voicemail on Saturday to confirm scheduling and no return call. I called on Monday, spoke with someone they confirmed the order and said service was scheduled for Monday between 12 & 3. Nobody showed up and nobody called. Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful to discuss / reschedule, etc. On subsequent calls, I was either hung up on, the line was busy or there was a message that the line couldn't accept calls. I stumbled upon the previous review while attempting to find alternate contact info, and then decided to just install it myself. Luckily it was garbage day and a junk crew took the old unit from my curb.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! This company was used by Costco. After several no-call/no-shows, they finally came. They left the old dishwasher on my lawn until a junk man finally came, left all of the packing materials in my kitchen. We noticed dishwasher was not level, and intermittently failed to drain and stopped with an OE error code, so we called and asked that they come back out and fix. After several no-call/no-shows, I finally called a 3rd party. Turns out the installer did not fasten the hose to the unit, and it was completely kinked in the back, What's worse, he used the old hose from the original unit. He stole the entire assembly kit and new water lines. Also, instead of actually leveling the dishwasher, he screwed random screws, into my wood floor, under the front legs of the dishwasher. Installer ran the drain hose through the wrong hole, did not use the tops mounts for the unit and did not bother to ground the unit at all! I have notified Costco, and they have taken care of me, but TNT needs to go. This guy was shady and dishonest.
