Description of Work: Had a new roof put on. They were on time and completed the work on time and in one day. The price was the 2nd lowest. They did a good job on cleanup. The roof looks as good, as the day they did the work.

Description of Work: They came out and did an inspection of our roof after the harsh winter we had. Found several missing shingles which they replaced. Made me feel a lot better and we also, discussed future repair options regarding the roof.

Description of Work: They were to perform a routine roof maintenance - 2 hours of work. All they did was walk over the roof approximately 20 minutes of work; small conversation regarding the quality of the roof and they stated they would provide an estimate. They did not reinforce any of the shingles or provide any caulking as per the agreement. Prior to them coming out they cancelled several appointments, this was a horrible experience. I hope your future Big Deals are with a better quality or contractors.

Description of Work: Did not contact me after purchase. I contacted them, but they did not know anything about the promotion or if they even serviced Indiana. Finally sent out a couple of people who did not know what they were supposed to do for the promotion. Nice guys, but not what I thought I bought. Just walked the roof and said it looked fine. Another company identified problems from trees having fallen on the roof and recommended that we have it re-roofed to prevent interior leaking, which we had experienced. | |Titan recommended someone else for some things we wanted done in the house and they came out, but never provided a proposal or made further contact.

Description of Work: Man who came was very nice and told us he fixed a loose shingle. He then told us we needed about $300 worth of work done on our roof. I asked him about the coupon saying they would fix up to $350 worth of minor repairs. He didn't seem to know anything about it. He did not want the coupon. We asked his to send us an itemized account of what needed to be done. We never recieved anything. We felt it was actually a waste of $89.

Description of Work: I can't accurately evaluate their services yet. While we have had several challenges with cancelled appointments, unreturned phone calls and slow response, I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt due to their high ratings on this forum. I also suspect they have been very busy due to recent storms in the Chicago area. They have agreed (I believe) to cooperate with refunding my big deal purchase with them. The owner indicated the scope of work needed was beyond what the tune up included and is providing a quote for those services. I do appreciate that they didn't do work that would not address my roofing problem.

Description of Work: No problems. The service person said that it wouldn't do any good to fix the roof. He said that the roof should be replaced because it had three layers. Roof estimates are free. They said that they had no problem with refunding my $89.00 for repairs.

Description of Work: Titan was professional and did a great job on our first floor windows. We think they look awesome and will use them again in the future. Bill Powers gave us a quote that beat others for the same windows. We went with triple pane R5 windows. Installation was one day and they cleaned up after themselves. They also took care not to disturb our flowers. Kelly was also great at keeping us informed of schedule. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Service Provider was timely in notifying about me being out of service area. Would be nice if service area was provided in deal to avoid unnecessary purchases and refund process.

Description of Work: Overall, I prefer to work with an organization that is more responsive and conscientious about the service to be performed. Titan did come out on 6/7/2013 to perform the work, the guy arrived an 1 hour late and I had to call to find out what was going on. He arrived and was apologetic, but completed the work because he cut the piece of siding before realizing that it was not the right size. No problem because he was going to find the right size siding and return to install it. He took a sample of the siding and wrote down information to obtain the correct size and color. There was supposed to be a follow-up call to re-schedule the work, but no one called me - I had to make the call. Today, 6/21/2013, he was scheduled to return and I receive a call around 8:30 am (1/2 before he is supposed to be onsite)telling me he doesn't have the siding because of a mishap. He asked me to do him a "favor" - take a picture of my siding and measure the piece then send him the info via phone. He was going to stop at a shop to see if he could pick it up, come to my house and HOPE it matches. If it didn't match, then he'd order another piece and come back to install it. I took off work to stay home for the install, as I did on 6/7. He was still willing to come, but I was not going to risk yet another mishap and a 3rd visit. I'm sure Titan may do good work for someone else as it indicates in the service rating, but this experience was frustrating and I rather get my money back and pay the other guys I contracted in early May to come to take care of this matter. Note: This experience is in no way doesn't mean I don't think Titan would have done a good job, but I just don't have the time to wait for them to show it.

Description of Work: I had purchased a big deal for $299 Installed Lifetime Vinyl Replacement Window. It was difficult to get ahold of the company and schedule appointments. I have called and not hear back. I have also emailed with questions. There is a lack of responsiveness. They have not responded with in a timely manner.
