Description of Work: Emmett handled several soffit and leak sealing problems for us. His work was efficient, professional, and effective. Titan and Emmett communicated regularly on schedule; were on time; provided excellent service. I would definitely hire these guys again for small or big projects, including roof replacement. Real pros.

Description of Work: We had to pursue them to get the job done - but they did complete the work and it looks good.

Description of Work: They missed their first appointment to come and look at the work I am needing done, and they were supposed to be back in contact with me the following day with the expected final cost of the work, and he never contacted me. I have attempted to reach back out to the company several times and have never heard back.

Description of Work: Contacted promptly. Down hill from there. Two weeks for someone to come out and evaluate. Another two weeks for an estimate. Over $400. I asked for itemized estimate and all he would give me was $200 for "materials". They added things that were not discussed. I requested refund. Bought 40 feet of cedar 1 by 4 myself... $39.

Description of Work: He said he was only using the Big Deal to drum up business and he didn't seem satisfied with only making the amount quoted for the deal, so he kept telling me that he just couldn't be sure how many hours it would take to complete it. The estimate gave him twice the amount that was quoted for the deal. I just didn't feel like he was trustworthy at all and so didn't hire him. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: We had a pleasant meeting with the sales rep for Titan, but he was very forthcoming in saying they would not be able to perform the repairs we were asking for. He recommended an alternative approach that would be much more costly than what we had planned. We are now considering other options. In any case, it appears that the job we thought we were purchasing based on the Angie's List deal was too small for Titan to consider. Thank you for your prompt handling of our request for a refund in the amount of $149. E. Derer.

Description of Work: I paid for 6 hours of handyman services and although I think I received 5.5 hrs of work, it was well worth the money! The contractor prepped and applied 2 coats of paint on all 6 of my windows and they look fantastic. He also applied 1 coat of paint to my garage entry door. HOWEVER, I believe that I was owed another 30 minutes of work. I informed the contractor that I may not be home at our appt. time but that I would leave the paint in the yard for him to start if I wasn't there. I got home 20 minutes before our appt. time and he was already there and it appeared that he was just setting up. He said that he decided to come 30 minutes early because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon but he packed up to leave 1 hour earlier than our appt. time. When I asked if he could paint the garage door, he said that he had gotten there close to an hour early. After I questioned whether he had gotten there 30 minutes early or 1 hour early, he said that he would take 5 minutes to apply the first coat of paint to the garage door. I had to paint the door frame. If I use this type of service again I would not give permission for the contractor to start without my being present. I still tipped the guy and I definitely got a bargain so I would recommend the service.

Description of Work: They gave me an appointment of two weeks after I bought the deal. After they showed up, they took pictures and told me they would get back with me within 24 hours with an estimate. After 24 hours, I did not hear back, I called and left a voicemail and never heard from them.

Description of Work: The sales person visited our house to review the project and was very pleasant, however he quoted us and outrageous price to complete work on our shed. For the price of $2000 we could build a new one instead of repairing the one that I had asked him for help on.
