Those guys were terrible. I had asked that they give me some feedback on their findings, and would send me a picture of what they saw. It was back and forth, and it was a waste of time. I thought the interaction was good, but they didn't follow-up. If they had followed up, they would have gotten the sale. I never got the results of it. There was nothing else done because, I never got any feedback. I don't know what I got for what I paid. They did the inspection when I wasn't there, so I don't know if they were punctual. I thought they were professional except for no follow-up.

Titan was polite and professional at every step of the process. Their clean-up after construction was excellent.

I want to start by saying that I'm not a big fan of writing critical reviews as I don't believe anyone gets out of bed in the morning with the intent of doing a bad job, but given the peril this situation has left my house and family in I feel compelled to share my experience. Based on my Angie's List search and rating, I reached out to Titan based a leaking bay window. Given there was (and still is) window, drywall and roofing damage I was happy to find Titan so I could work with one company. At first, I was impressed with the person they sent as he was very comprehensive in the initial visit, not only pointing out the issue which lead to the leaking window but also spend quite a bit of time on the roof identifying some other issues which we are anxious to fix. I also indicated interest in skylight replacement. He indicated there may be an insurance claim, but he'd need to investigate. Though these repairs were not contingent on an insurance claim, if there was a claim I thought "why not, all the better as long as it's enough to justify a claim". Regardless, I was clear when the rep left that this does not hinge on insurance and we needed to act quickly. At my request, the rep was nice enough to apply some caulking to a gap between the window and siding as a temporary measure. Before he left, I affirmed we're totally on board and to send an estimate ASAP. However, when the Titan representative left that day it would be the last time I would have the opportunity to talk to him. After several follow up calls and game of voicemail phone tag I finally gave up. I was very puzzled as these are not inexpensive repairs we're talking about and over a month has past. As for the bay window, it's important to note that it was made clear to me that while Titan is one company, there is virtually no continuity or collaboration between the roofing, windows and interior repair groups which led me to having to work with each individually. The Titan window guy showed up a week or so later to take a look at things, but said he only does the windows. I was pleased with his knowledge, but was confused that after sharing my story about the initial Titan rep, he said they "we're two separate entities within Titan and there wasn't much he could do to intervene." The window rep came back a week or so later to look at the outside of the window and on 1/11/16 I received a voice mail that he had some pricing quotes. I asked him about interior drywall repairs and he said that was not his department that I would need to work through that side of Titan. Though there were two missing pieces in the overall repair, I texted him, as we had previously established text communication asking him to email me the quote and as of 1/25/16 I've received nothing, not even a follow-up voicemail. So, here I am with a window situation that has not been touched in a month, no closer to protecting my house than before. We were prepared to spent a rather serious amount of money and indicated on more than one occasion that if they did a good job that we have over 21 windows we plan to start replacing in the near future. Despite all of this... nothing. I write this review to help consumers understand how Titan operates and to hopefully avoid the stress and frustration of working with a company that doesn't seem to want to work with you. I'm going to try Angie's List again to see if I get lucky this time.

It was exceptional. They did an incredible job. They did everything I asked them to do, and they did it very well.

I contacted Titan after purchasing an angie's list offer for wood rot restoration. Someone came out to give me an estimate, and then told me that they would get back to me. A month goes by and I contacted them to see what was up. It seems that there was an email that was sent that i never received. The person who gave me the estimate quickly contacted me and sent me another email with the estimate. It was going to be an additional charge for the job of paining my outside wood siding. I waited a week before contacting them again to see if I could find someone else to do it for less. When I finally decided to go ahead with the job, I was told that it would be two weeks out because of the schedule being packed and all, and someone woould be contacting me about setting the appointment. 10 days want my, and I contacted the person who gave me the estimate again. He apologized, and told me that it was going to be another two weeks. I waited another two weeks and then some before reaching out again. I have yet to hear from them about an appointment and now I'm out the money for the Angies list offer too.

Windows $600 for Installation of 1 Double Hung, Triple Pane Window. This is what I paid for for $600.00.Where in the picture that I could not attached clearly shows 3 window pane example. Angie List advertise the following. 1 Double Hung Triple Pane window installed for $600.00. Alex came out to measure my window and inform me that Angie list was a mistake and its only for one window and he would take the measurement and speak to his superiors regarding this matter. I called numerous times and spoke to office personal and Micheal and he said he would call me back and never did or answer any of my voice mails or calls. I finally called the person who came out to measure my window Alex and he did answer my call. He did give me the information that it would be about $2,500+ to do my front window. Where I bought my purchase It said 3 Pane window Meaning as follows. window window window One Large window with 3 pane across and each pane 101 united inches Pane 1 Pane 2 Pane 3. Its been over 60 days since this matter started ....

I purchased a promotional package for 6 hours of home repair for $200.00. I had some siding replaced. The contractor was professional and knowledgeable about siding.

We needed the plaster walls in our kitchen repaired. On 9/17 we purchased a deal through Angie's List for 6 hours of home repair for $199.00. The next day, 9/18, I received an email via Angie's List to provide my direct contact number which I did. That same day I received a voicemail from a man identifying himself representing Titan and that he would be in the area and wanted to try stop by that day but we never connected or confirmed an appointment. On 9/22 I called Titan directly and scheduled an appointment for 9/28 at 4pm. Stuck in traffic the day of the appointment I called Titan at 4 pm to let them know I was running about 15 minutes late. The young lady that answered advised that their salesman had already arrived and left because whoever answered our door (my children) told him that we did not request any work and accused my children of using profanity at him. Not having access to the schedule, the young lady on the phone said that she would have to review what happened and would call me tomorrow to re-schedule. Surprised by this I immediately called my home to verify what happened. I spoke with my children and they confirmed that someone did come by saying that we had requested " work to be done on our roof and gutters". The work details described when we ordered the deal were specifically to repair the kitchen walls - never requested any work done on the outside. My children who were not able to reach me (because I was on the phone with Titan's office) simply stated that they could not reach us and that they probably had the wrong house, and according to them the Titan rep just said okay and left and that his attitude was rather indifferent. I called Titan's office the next morning to reschedule. Kelly, the office manager advised me that because of the 2 missed appointments and that their staff was " berated and cussed at" they we going to have to cancel the request on their end and that I could request a refund through Angie's List. Completely dumbfounded, I tried to explain to Kelly that I only scheduled one appointment and the accusations of my children were baseless. Kelly said that the last rep that came out found the company's business card thrown in our bushes - suggesting this is evidence of a prior missed appointment. I further suggested to Kelly with this new promo I'm sure they have a great deal of new business and that they must surely have us confused with another prospect. In addition, if someone did come out prior to yesterday that was not a scheduled appointment. Still refusing to work with us I conceded with Kelly to cancel but asked for the name of the sales rep that came out yesterday with the false accusations. She said his name was Tim and would have him call me when he was available. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Emmett did a great job removing the walls and floor; all of which had water damage, mold and mildew. He he did a great job of cleaning the area, and was very quite. He gets extra kudos as the entance to my basements is "a challenge" . Which made hauling out the debris extra work. I am very happy with the service, time spent and flexibility. This isn't the original project I had planned, but Mother Nature made this necessary. Emmett didn't hesitate at the change.

He showed up, he worked, it's beautiful. I've spent years trying to find someone to do this work.

it went well, but he analyzed the problems and educated me on the issues and gave me an estimate for a new roof and repair. there were no tiles etc that needed repair with this visit. Kinda felt like I paid my $99 for a free roof estimate. but ate least I know more about whats wrong.

It was a great service, the trim looks great and is now nice and bright white that matches the rest of the house. Mike, the sales rep, was out very quickly after I purchased the Angie's List deal and we kept in contact. We weren't in any rush to have the work done, but it was done within a few weeks after we met.

They were on time and did a great job and nice cleanup after the job was done. They did everything in a very timely manner!

Couldn't be happier. The job went really well, and I felt like I was treated really well. Emmet was great to work with and understood really well what should be done, keeping in the mix what I liked. After he was done I asked about what else the company did because I'd love to use them for lots of projects. They'll be my first call next time.

The $500 included the Big Deal I purchased for 4 hrs of work for $150. Titan construction called immediately after my purchase and were very professional. The work was scheduled for a few days later. We have a wood shed that is always being intruded upon by squirrels. They wrapped the soffit and fascia with matching aluminum and also spliced a wood piece to the existing chewed wood. Derek and his helper were great. Very punctual and professional. Considering they were working outdoors in 90 degree heat and humidity I was very pleased with the finished job. They also attached new quarter round molding around the garage door that was coming undone. Afterword they painted around the door. I would certainly recommend them and used them again if the opportunity presents itself.

I made contact with Emmett and we set up a date for him to come and perform the work. I also sent him pictures of the area that needed to be replaced. He was extremely helpful and also sent me a list of supplies that I would need to have to complete the job. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He informed me of the different reasons that there was wood rot and also pointed out different problems with my gutters, roofing etc. He quickly got to work and did an excellent job of replacing the wood to the fascia. I also explained that I was having someone come to do a job on my roof and he told me what to look for. When he finished he did a thorough clean up and also put the extra wood in the garage. I am thoroughly pleased and I am looking forward to doing other projects with Titan Construction. I recommend them in the highest regard!!!!!

Fantastic. He showed up 30 minutes early, got the job done on time with the materials I provided. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Very pleased with their work.

While the estimator came out to review our needs at the appointed time, they never provided a quotation even though they seemed very interested in contracting the work.

Emmett arrived on time, explained all the work and was easy to work with. He did a great job and was very professional. I would definitely use them again.
