I have no complaints. They came when they said they would and worked all day for 2 days and part of a third day. I have never worked with a company like this. I plan on using them for whatever future work I have.

I found Titan Construction by searching Angie's List for roofing companies that had " A" ratings. Titan showed up on the search results with a few other companies. I had several of these companies come out and bid my roofing job. Titan had the lowest bid by $800. I was concerned that this low price might not get me the best service so I had several conversations with Bill Powers who answered all my questions. I felt comfortable dealing with Bill and agreed to go ahead with the job. The job was to tear off my existing roof and replace it with 50 year IKO shingles, install a new power attic fan, new vents and a new furnace exhaust stack. I also had Titan remove any weak roof decking which was billed at $40 a sheet. Ice and water shield was also installed in the roof valleys and 3 feet from the edge of the roof. The crew arrived on time and worked until an upcoming storm forced them to stop. They covered the small part of exposed roof decking and came back the next day to finish the job. They would have finished in 1 day had the rain not forced them to stop. The yard was cleaned up and I have only found 1 or roofing nails to date. I have a satellite dish which was removed in the morning of the second day and re-installed before 5:00 that same day. This was one of the concerns I had because by reading another review of Titan on Angie's List a customer said it took two days to have the dish re-installed. Bill told me they have a contractor that they work with whose only job is to re-install the dish. No problems - everything works fine. I would highly recommend the company and when I need siding done on my house I will call them.

We hired them last November and they haven't even finished. They tried to finish the work quickly to avoid the weather but it turned out terrible and had to be torn down. They left nails all over the ground which caused me 2 flat tires.

Bill is great to deal with, Very Professional, Great deal, Great warranty, Great work. and Stayed within the quote. As this was the busy storm damage season scheduling required a little patience. The crew is very efficient, polite and professional they finished in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. A+

Bill and the company are very professional, they do great work, stay on budget, take care of all the details, clean up after themselves and provided a great long term warranty.

I contacted Titan and requested a bid on a re-siding job. A nice young man made an appointment and came when promised. He spent over an hour measuring the job and was to get back to me with a detailed proposal. Approximately three weeks went by with no word. I called his cell phone and left a message. No response. A few days later I called the office and left a message with a lady who promise to have him call back. No response. It has now been about five weeks since he came out. I have given up. I assume that someone decided they didn't want to bid on the job, which is OK with me, but I would have appreciated an explanation.

The intire process went very smooth. Will definately use them again.

I liked everything they did. I would recommend them to a family member or friend if they needed one. My neighbor just got a roof put on by them today. I would advise the others to use them too. I will use their services again in the future.

We sought a quote from Titan solely because they were A-Rated on Angie's List. This must be bringing in the business, because I literally had to track them down to come out for a quote. I warn you up front - there is NO office support - "voice mail is not accepting messages"; lots of unanswered voice mail when it was working; once I reached the office manager and I could hear the kids playing in the background. Not a big deal, but a warning sign that was missed. We eventually tracked down the owner - a very nice guy - and the price was definitely the most competitive. We were told we would receive a call in a couple of weeks to schedule the job. About three weeks later, the doorbell rings at about 8 am, and a nice man (not the owner) asks me if I need access to my car in the garage, because they need to set-up in the driveway. I stick my head out the door, and the Titan truck is there - no prior phone call. We did not see the owner on the job, which took two days. The satellite dish came down on day one (no surprise), and that part of the roof was completed the next morning. That's when the issues started. The satellite was not reinstalled on day two when the job was finished - or day three, one day after the job was finished - or day four, two days after the job was finished. My daughter stayed home all day because they PROMISED the reinstallation would be done on day four, but Titan was a no-show. In fact, it was not until AFTER 6:00 pm on day five - 3 days after the job was complete - did the satellite go back up. VERY annoying. Also annoying was the fact that something (roofing material?) fell into the new attic fan, causing noise when it kicked on. We complained about 1 week after the job was complete, and someone came out to remove it while we were out. Titan was not easy to work with, but the price beat everything else we quoted. So yes, on price, I would use them again.

Called Bill at Titan, he came out and inspected the roof. We did not have to be there. That was nice. Sent us a quote. He came to my office and explained everything to me. I had quotes from two other roofing companies, but Bill was nicer and seemed honest. He was also cheapest quote. Not by much, but lower. I also needed two sky lights installed/replaced. They look beautiful! This is a townhome, that we the owners are responsible for the roof, Bill pulled all the permits and got approval from the townhome association to do the work. I had nothing to do but say OK do it! His workers showed up on time the morning of job. He had a portable dumpster that they brought with and removed when the job was finished. (one full day and next morning). After the job was completed, I looked and believe it or not, did NOT find one nail on my driveway, sidewalk or grass. This was a complete tear off and replacement. The workers were constantly working while they were there and they were polite. One other note for Angie's readers... one of the other companies that was highly rated on Angies list that gave me a quote wanted to charge 2 or 3 percent if I used a credit card. Titan did not charge anything for using a credit card and they were cheaper to begin with. We may need window replacement in the future and I know I'm calling Titan back to do the work!!

Work was done beautifully with new roof looking untouched and the ceiling looking great. I have been wanting these tubes put in for a few years, but you must go through a dealer to get them. They are high quality solar tubes that bring tons of diffused light into your room. My north facing kitchen has several windows, but I have a large front porch with a large roof so no direct light came in. My kitchen and bath are now bright and cheerful. Only down side is I can see my poor paint job I did in my bath now and I have to keep my kitchen cleaner cause you can see everything. No more hiding in the dark.. Very happy with all of the work Titan has done on my home.

Bill Powers co-owner of company came out originally last fall to work with insurance company for wind damage to my roof. His company also fixed a leak I had been dealing with in my valley for years. It was finally fixed properly after 10 years. Last April there was a huge hail storm. I knew I had siding damage but was hesitant to call insurance due to claim filed just last fall. I called Titan and Bill came out the next day at the time he said he would be here. He inspected the exterior pointing out damage I didn't notice including the roof. I called the insurance which they told me I was in a catastrophe area. They sent out the adjuster and he found all the same damage as Bill. Bill came back out, worked with insurance payment and even did more than what insurance was covering. I did have a small deductible so that helped. I put in the larger gutters, he had seamless hail resistant siding and a 50 year roof in the style appropriate for my custom built home. Workers were courteous, thoughtful of my plantings and any landscaping. They cleaned up and the dumpster removed first thing the following day. It was very little disruption to my daily life and activities. All work was completed in a very timely manner. I can say enough good things about work that has been done and the efficiency of the work done. My home is looking beautiful even better then the custom home I built in 1999.

They were really conscientious and got back to me in times that I called. They were pretty thorough in their work and I wanted them to do my windows but they said it would take a couple of weeks.

They replaced the entire roof in one day. Cleaned up completely too even though there was a storm approaching just as they were finishing up. They returned another day to do the interior work. Had to replace the drywall in the closet but the family room ceiling only had to be patched. They fixed everything in one day including repainting. They were very efficient, quick and cleaned up afterwards. They even patched up two holes we had from previous problems in an upstaires wall and kitchen ceiling. They worked with the insurance company and our Homeowners Association and took care of all the necessary paperwork. I feel as if they went above and beyond what I thought they were supposed to do.

Easy to work with, job is not completed yet as they still have to paint the inside ceiling but so far the roof is great. They were early and did a complete tear-off and reshingle in one day...amazing!

I got an estimate from several Angie's List roofers and Titan gave the best price. The owner visited my house several times to answer my many questions about shingle material, approach to fix damaged portion of roof and timing of when work would start. The work was completed in a little over a day. I was satisfied with the work and price which was a great value. I also liked the fact he would only accept any payment until all the work was complete and I was satisfied with the work. When the work started, the electricity went out in the second floor. Titan immediately sent out a licensed electrician to fix the problem. It took two visits from electricians and several hours to find out the wiring on my second floor was not done correctly and there was a wire that had gotten loose. They fixed the problem and addressed a couple of other wiring issues while they were at it. I'm sure Titan spent a good amount of money out of their own pocket for the electrician. I had concerns at the end of the job about neatness of the work. They came back a second time and addressed all my issues the best they could. My only complaint would be that they should have been clear that repairing the damaged portion of the roof by reinforcing the support under the roof wouldn't necessarily remove the dip in the roof entirely. I would've gladly paid extra to do this to have a perfect roof even though the dip is now hard to discern. Despite this one concern I was happy with sales experience, the price, how quickly they got the work done and especially how well they handled unexpected problems when they occurred.

The crew showed up about a week after the contract was received. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. They tore off sections of the old roof, laid synthetic underlayment and then the shingles. The color of shingles was changed and Bill, the owner, was very helpful to us when choosing the color. The crew cleaned up well. A skylight was replaced, flashings were replaced, and a gutter and downspout were replaced. All vents were replaced and new ones were added. Overall we were very happy with the job they did.

The job was done very quickly when it didn't rain. There were many many rainy days for several weeks, so I imagine the whole job would have been done much faster had it not been for these circumstances. They did high quality work, and corrected any issues that occurred as I found them. There were some minor translation issues and I was not home during the day to interact directly with the crew, so my girlfriend was an intermediary. The job was very complex, and the fact that it involved a subcontractor made it more so. My only real complaint is that phone messages were not returned in a timely manner. Outside of that , the crew was professional, the bid exact with no overages, the work was good quality, and they cleaned up nicely. Overall B+ or A-

It went well, they were always here when they said they would be. Work was done in a timely manner. Crew was very accomodating to work around our needs and schedule.

I thought they did a good job on our roof until we later discovered that several things were done improperly. Several valleys were cut on the wrong side. They used the wrong material for the ridge cap instead of using the manufactures recommended ridge cap, they used the same architectural shingles that were installed on the roof. Architectural shingles is not designed to be used as ridge cap. The ridge vent was also installed improperly. I called Bill Powers and left him at least 6 voice mail messages and none were returned. I called the owner and spoke with his wife. First she called back to inform me that I would be hearing from their lawyer. I expressed to her my disbelief that they would be referring me to their lawyer prior to any representative from Titan Construction coming to our home to inspect our roof and discuss our issues. Eventually the owner did agree to come to our house. After looking at our roof he said he would call me within a few hours to discuss taking care of the issues. He did not call me back but a few days later his lawyer called me to say that I should not contact Titan Construction any further and they have no intention of taking care of the issues. My next course of action was to contact the BBB, they have ignored the request made by the BBB. On November 3, 2010 the accreditation was suspended due to failure to respond to one or more customer complaints filled with the BBB. The matter will be reviewed by the BBB's board of directors at its next meeting.

One evening discovered rain water coming into the house through a whole in the roof the size of a softball apparantly made by a chunk of ice from a thunderstorm. Setup buckets and pan to catch additional water, but luckily no more rain that night. Used Angie's List to find local roofing companies that could come out and repair the issue quickly. Made several calls to different companies trying to find someone to make an emergency repair. Called Titan and was told that someone would call back to get details. Received a call from Bill Powers in 10 minutes and we made an appointment for him to look at the roof. Bill arrived and provided a quick estimate on the repair. I accepted and Bill was able to squeeze the repair into their schedule that day. Very pleased with the prompt response and service. Would use Titan again.

It went very well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone doing home renovations. They were great. Any time I called them, they would call me right back.

I called them out for the siding, windows, and doors. Everything went exactly as they said it would and I wound up giving them the roof and my deck also. They came in and out without hassel, which is what I needed. Also they gave me a written 30 yr. warranty in my roof and lifetime warranties on the windows and siding. Some of the other companies offered similar on the siding and windows but nobody offered me a 30 yr. Labor warranty on my roof. Over all I would say they were great to deal with.

I went with Titan Construction after my brother in law refereed me to there company. We own a modest home in the gables and decided on a Home Remodeling as opposed to the tile we previously had.
