Great experience, would recommend to anyone. I will definitely use them in the future for siding. They showed up exactly on time, which I really appreciate. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They were willing to spend time answering any questions and come back with larger sample and temporarily install on my roof to help me choose. They cleaned up perfect and my landscaping was untouched by debris. Excellent company. True American spirit of hard work and hustle.

Everybody at Titan did a great job with the installation of my new roof! This is the first time I've had extensive work done to my house, so I had a lot of questions about the process. Bill did a great job answering all my questions and thoroughly explained all parts of the proposal. Bill arrived on-time and was very friendly to speak to...There were no pressure sales tactics or gimmicks with his proposal. The price Titan quoted was the best among the 3-4 contractors I received quotes from using comparable labor and materials. Titan was able to coordinate obtaining building permits from my village and they were flexible in scheduling the job, since I also needed an extra two weeks to obtain approval from my homeowner association. Kelly at Titan's office was very friendly and provided consistent follow-up in terms of getting everything scheduled. During the day of installation, everybody arrived on-time at the beginning of the day. My project was relatively simple for roof replacements, so Titan was able to have this completed by 4pm the same day. They took great care in making sure that all of the debris from the old roof and leftover material from the new roof were cleaned up at the end of the job. No nails were left in the driveway or yard. Bill was also able to quickly coordinate re-installation of my satellite dish that was mounted on my roof. After the work was completed, Bill stopped over (very early so I could get to work on time) to provide me with the warranty information and quickly answer any last-minute questions I had. I think my new roof looks great and my neighbors also mentioned the same thing. I am very pleased with my experience with Titan Construction and I will recommend them to my friends, family, and neighbors.

Titan construction did an overall great job. From interacting with their office staff, to explanation of materials, to the quality of work performed we were very pleased with the entire process. We definitely recommend Titan...although with a 50 year warranty, I don't think we'll need a new roof from them. We started the process by getting multiple quotes for a tear off roof on our home. Titan came out, inspected the roof and e-mailed a written bid that afternoon. In the end, Titan came in 25% lower than the next lowest bid. Cheaper isn't always better though, so I had a friend who is a former roofer review everything they proposed. Everything the bid spelled out made sense, but he suggested we use a contract that included additional specific details (what brand of underlayment, skylights, etc). Titan had no issues with anything we proposed, including using a fairly detailed contract we provided. With a signed contract we moved on to scheduling. We agreed upon a date for work to start. A couple of days before work was to begin Titan called to see if it would be okay to push out the start because a weather below 30 degrees was forecast which would increase the likelihood of shingles breaking in the cold and be less than ideal for install. We appreciated that they were focused on the quality of the job and the advanced notice. They tentatively scheduled us for the next week, confirmed three days in advance and showed up on the specified day. That day I reviewed the contract with Lester (one of the owners). He confirmed everything we previously agreed to and asked a couple clarifying questions -- 1. was it okay if they worked until six? and 2. Was it okay if they laid tarps on our lawn to protect it and catch the old shingles for the tear off. The crew began working and worked swiftly. Lester stopped back a couple times that day to inspect their work and I inspected it at the end of each day (it was a three day job). One of the fantastic surprises was that the foreman on site took pictures of each phase of the project and e-mailed them to me at the end of each day. With so many contractors that work quickly and don't volunteer to show you the work being performed it was refreshing to see one that took it upon themselves to provide proof of the work being done. Thinking about it, it would be easy for a contractor to promise one thing but change the materials used or cover up issues. We now have over 20 pictures of the work performed on our roof. As the project moved into it's third day, the gutter work was done. Everything went well and looked great when they were done. One of the workers did ask me which direction I wanted a downspout to run -- I picked option 1 and he installed it. That night I was thinking more about it and I decided it would actually be better if it ran the other way. During the final inspection I mentioned it to Lester, noting that I directed the workers to install it they way they did, his response was "no problem, the gutter crew will be out to fix it tomorrow." What great customer service. All in all we have great experience with Titan. They were very competitively priced, dedicated to quality, and a pleasure to work with. If I had to come up with something for them to improve upon I'd say communication around start time -- I didn't ask, but I assumed an 8 a.m. start. The crew showed up at 7:15 and I was caught a bit off guard. A minor issue in the greater scheme of things. I can't end this review without calling out how great their office manager, Kelly is. She answered all our questions, did a great job of managing expectations about when we'd get call backs from the scheduler, etc, and went out of her way to provide a receipt that conformed to requirements for getting a tax credit for the solar powered skylight blinds. Oh, and about those blinds -- no matter who you end up using (and we recommend Titan), go with the solar powered skylight blinds....they are worth every penny and look amazing!

Bill Powers was very professional in his approach. He spent the time needed to educate me and offered to use superior materials compared to competitors. I almost committed to him before a competitor with a better price got the contract. I would not hesitate to do business with him if necessary. Bill was very gracious in the lost opportunity.

Titan was fast to respond to my request for an estimate and good with follow up calls. The company representative kept his appointment and gave me a call before arriving. After a thorough inspection of the damage from inside and out, I was given an estimate and a detailed explanation of the work necessary to repair the hole. Titan discussed the issue of matching the roof shingles, the lack of structural damage (luckily), and answered all of my questions. I was told ahead of time that it was the busy time of the year for roofing and it might take up to two weeks to get the job done. I accepted the quote and they gave me the Angie's List discount. The project was completed within the two week time frame and then the representative came out to the house again to inspect the finished work. I had a great experience with Titan and will certainly be calling them to quote all of my roofing projects.

My experience with Titan was very positive. Lisa did a great job working around my crazy schedule (I had to reschedule twice and she was always 100% professional and polite) ) as well as some inclement weather, ultimately scheduling the installation on a Saturday morning. The installers were exactly on time, worked quickly and neatly, and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely call them again.

They showed up at about 8:00 am and they worked until about 5:00pm. The tear down was pretty quick. They put a tarp on the bushes to collect the debris that fell off the roof and they cleaned the areas as they went along. I did find a few nails on my driveway. They worked until about 5:00pm the first day. The work was completed in about 4 days.

Called Titan. They came out promptly. Started the work right away. The job was completely in a timely manner. They were very nice. I'm still not sure if the chimney flashing has been correctly replaced. Time will tell. With a slow leak of this nature it could take years to observe.

Now my house is the most beautiful one on the block!

A+++ This has been an altogether wonderful experience working with Lester and his crews. From the first contact with Lester and all the way through the project everyone was punctual, professional! and courteous!; their customer service was absolutely first rate. They all went the extra mile. Communication was open at all points in the project. I had siding and gutters added to my small, old house. And I was treated as though this were a valuable mansion. Oh, and now it looks like a valuable mansion! The work site was kept clean and tidy and at the end of the job it was as though they had never been here. They are interested in a job VERY well done and at least here that was the case! I would happily hire them again in the future.

Reroofing: kudos. Just down in 2 days and reasonably clean afterwards. Residing: four (4) weeks from beginning to near completion. I say near because they left windows and gas/electric/etc openings uncaulked and siding falling off. Despite telling me they would return to fix these county inspection notations, its been a month and nothing seen or heard. I still own $7800 on the siding but will not pay it because of what else occurred. Constant no shows, delays and poor workmanship that still have not been fixed or resolved. While residing, the subcontractor totally trampled my flowers and shrubs. Most shrubs have huge open spots now because of all the branches that were broken. I had two flat tires because of the nails that were not cleaned up in the drive and around the house. They used container in my garage to throw their trash in, emptying them with my grass seed, fertilizers, weed 'n feed and other products into their waste container. Garage: As per signed contract and provided architectural drawing, no work was to commence prior to obtain all needed permits. This was the primary reason I signed with this contractor. He was willing to obtain all the necessary permits. However, the old garage was torn down and removed prior to obtaining the permits and the county came and stopped all construction. In the demolishing of the garage, the subcontractor and Titan employees, cut up my lumber, used my tools, and stole equipment from me. Only after repeated harassment were the tools returned. Plus my car was damaged. After 5 weeks, I have no garage and the county is stubbornly resisting letting rebuild. I never would have proceeded with this if I hadn't been able to get the permits. Now the county wants me to spend $25-$30K to put in a new septic field before granting me a permit. If I had just left the old garage alone, this would not have been an issue. Titian Construction, in not obtaining the proper permits has left me holding an empty bag. My driveway is ruined, my patio crushed and no garage while now having to obtain a lawyer to resolve these issues. Most unprofessional.

Set up an appointment for Titan to come out to give me an estimate on a new roof, gutters, siding and also fix a leak in the roof. Came out a little earlier than plan but called to ask if that would be a problem, which it was not. Gave me an estimate for all the work. I told them I just wanted the repair work done for now. They told me if they couldn't get someone out this day they would have someone out on Tue 9-4-12. Well 9-4-12 came an went and no one showed. I called on 09-05-12 and then spoke to Lisa on 09-6-12. She stated she would have someone there at approximately 430 pm and no one showed. On 09-07-12 after I left a message I got a call back from Lisa who was very nice and apologetic. Lisa sent someone out that day to complete the repair of the roof. So far no leaks. I would hire them again.

My GC selected another roofer before I found out that my gutters must be replaced as part of an insurance claim. The roofer did not do gutters so I went to Titan to see if they would do the gutter piece. Without question Lisa, Bill and Mark made the project happen. The installers did not speak English well but were very skilled at their job. The work was performed well, quickly and on time. The communication issue posed a few installation problems that Titan took care of without question. My recommendation: when in doubt go with a reputable contractor who can do the turnkey job; though it might cost a little more. Titan Construction really followed through.

I called Titan Construction to ask if they repaired loose siding, I got an answering machine and I left a message. They called me back that same afternoon and they did repair loose siding and I set up an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate. They came when they said they would and the job was so minimal he fixed it while he was here. The charge was very minimal, hardly enough to pay for his gas out here. But he was very nice and helpful.

We needed our roof fixed before a certain deadline and we looked into a few contractors. I felt this company had the best offer and Bill came to my house inspected my roof (many other contractors just glanced at it)and he gave me an honest answer of what needed to be fixed. I liked the fact that he explained what was wrong with my roof and I especially liked the fact he was honest with me, many other contractors were trying to charge me 3 times the amount. The construction crew came and was able to complete the job in one day! My wife and I are very happy with the results. Oh before I forget they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

They came in within a week of approval and were finished with all work within 2 weeks. Everything was cleaned up and my house looked brand new.

I had 2 contractors that had wonderful references, the product I wanted with the expertise I needed. I would have gone with Titan had the follow-up been there. I will definitely try them again on a future project. From my perspective, the work performed needs to be outstanding for me to score an A on AL. I am one of those few that would like the edge of a B++ because I believe when it comes to a large, visible project like this there is a HUGE gray area between A- Excellent and B- Good.

Lester and his crew came out and reshingled one side of our single story roof. At that time he gave us an estimate for residing our house, shed and replacing our gutters and down spouts. I called them back regarding residing our 10 x 12 shed. and said ok lets do it. He came back and said that he could start in about 10 days. So, on Friday I called and verified that he was starting on Monday and was told yes he and his crew would be there. So, Monday is underway and No CREW. I called them back since no one bothered to call me back to tell me that they weren't going to show up and was told that something else came up. I was told they would start at 7 am on Wednesday which is today. We called the office at 8:45 am when no one arrived and was told that they would look into it. I called back an hour later when still no one had called me back and left a message. Finally, at about 11 am we received a call back saying that the hardee board that we selected was a special order and it would take about 2 weeks to get. My question is", "IN THE AGE OF CELL PHONES SOMEONE FROM TITAN COULDN'T HAVE CALLED US BACK AND TOLD US THAT RIGHT AWAY? Why did it take 4 hours and numerous phone calls to find an answer? So, if you were interested in having siding completed with Titan I would question their customer service and professionalism!

It was the first time I had used them. It went very well. They did a good job. He gave me the best price. I am thinking about using them again.

We got multiple estimates for the work on our house. Titan Construction estimate was a very competitive one. We chose them over other contractors because they were very detailed and explained every aspect of the job. They made sure all of our questions were answered. The fiber cement siding has some strict guidelines that need to be followed in order for it to be installed correctly and Titan knew exactly what to do. They have a crew that does just the fiber cement siding. That also was another reason for hiring them. They were very clean and always made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. The roofing was done in a day but the siding took several days. They did not try to rush the job in order to get to the next one. The quality showed in the finished product. They came in on budget except for the plywood decking on the roof. Some sheets needed replacing. That was something that was explained upfront. They even took pictures to show the damaged pieces that needed replacing. Overall it was a very painless experience. I highly recommend them for any roof or siding job you might be in need of.

TITIAN did an excellent job! Came out on a Wednesday and did a thorough inspection and gave me a written estimate as well as reviewing the Warranty program and an overview of the work process itself. They were out the following Tuesday as promised and completed the work in one day. Any plywood that showed wear was removed and replaced. I delayed submitting this review as I wanted to wait for a rainfall to ensure that everything was dry and tight! No Problem! I was VERY pleased with the professionalism and competence of the workers, they took their time to make sure a quality job was done and did a complete clean up afterwards.I would highly recommend this company for your roofing projects!

It looks good. They worked the two hottest days. I was very impressed with them. They were no problem whatsoever to us.

Compared 3 estimates and decided on using Titan based on their professionalism and pricing. Scope of work included our single story 2800 s/f home with 3 car attached garage, plus 12 x 14 shed (all with 7/12 pitch). Titan was prompt and maintained the ageed upon schedule. They did a good job protecting all the plantings around the house as well as cleaning up daily. The job took all of three full days but these guys worked long hours and got it done on schedule. They did a great job of replacing the skylight with almost no disturbance of interior drywall and paint. The new chimney looks great and we're so glad to be rid of the old metal box that banged like ductwork on stormy nights. The fact that no down payment was required shows that Titan is an honorable campany and they even told me about the 5% Angie's List discount I wasn't aware of. My experience was better than I could have hoped for and I highly recommend Titan as a roofing contractor.

I really liked the fact that they were quick and courteous. They stood by their work. They were great at communicating everything. There were a few small problems with tearing off the roof. They went out of their way to correct any problems that we had. They worked really hard with us to do anything else we needed.

I was very pleased from beginning to end.
