Sales Rep was very knowledgable, and responsive. HE exuded a passion for his job, and wanted to make sure we were happy with every step of the process. Crew arrived on time around 8 AM. They asked us to move our cars out of the driveway before they placed the dumpster there. They worked hard and completed the work before 2 PM. It was not a difficul job, roof is not very steep, and not very large.

They were great. Once we finalized certain things they were really fast in moving forward with the job. They completed the roof in 6 hours, they cleaned up very well, made sure there weren't any nails in the grass for the kids to step on and the were just really easy to deal with.

This experience with Titan Construction was the best experience I have ever had. His men are true craftsmen and Bill Powers (owner) was absolutely wonderful to work with. His estimates and the time and effort put into the remodel was reasonable and he and his workers were very accommodating. I will never hire another company to do work on my home. The great thing also was that full lifetime warranties were offered which are transferable in the event that we should sell our home. The house truly does not look like the same place. I am very very satisfied with the work we had done. If you are looking for true professional craftsmen, look no further than to Titan Construction.

On time arrival of personnel. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. Understood our concern and explained nicely what we needed to get done so that our problem wont happen again. He promptly sent us the quotes promptly and answered our clarification questions. As said before unfortunately we couldnt use them. I would recommend them for sure.

The salesman (I use that word intentionally) showed up at the appointed time. I was not home. He proceeded to talk to my wife for about 20 minutes. My wife got frustrated by the lack of action when she clearly had restated the problem. After that, the salesman looked at the window for about 15 minutes. He then took about 30 minutes to explain to my wife that he would replace the window. In fact, he recommended all windows on the back of the house be replaced so they would match! The house is only 8 years old. He then left, having never done any work. i called the salesman and explained my disappointment and his lack of even doing the basic re-caulking. He said he didn't feel comfortable caulking the window for fear he might cover a weep hole. He did say that he didn't understand the coupon was for work to be performed. After a frustrating 20 minutes, I gave me the name of the owner, Bill Powell. I have since called Bill Powel and left a message...no returned call. Since this, I have had a contractor take a look at the window and clearly indicate where the caulking should be done - a 20 minute job at most...and no, the windows don't need to be replaced.

After calling 3x to schedule Bill came out to assess the project. Bill was a very friendly and appeared to have a great deal of knowledge about how to accomplish the job. After over an hour long assessment I never heard from him. After 2 weeks I called Bill as he had seemed serious when promising an estimate for my project. Bill indicated he had completed the estimate and sent it out. I let him know I had not received it and requested he email it to me if possible, he indicated that would be fine and would send it right out. Again, I did not hear from him or receive an estimate. I can understand if Bill did not think the project worthy of his services but a red flag goes up when the contractor begins to lie about completing items and does not return calls prior to performing a job. Home remodelers, BEWARE!

Initial quote was fast, Bill came right out. Price was right and Bill stated they could get to work pretty quickly. He left with assurances that he would email me the quote. The job itself was really small and our roof is in great shape. Additionally, these are busy companies and our roof is steep and high with very close neighbors. Translation: It's a pain in the butt job, a small job, and the chances of it leading to a bigger sale aren't great. So with that in mind, here is what followed. I waited a week and called him. Then emailed him. Waited another week and emailed/called again. Waited two weeks and finally called their office and spoke to Kelly who assured me they would get back to me. And....another week goes by. Called Kelly back and she had Derek out to my house by 7am the next morning. He was done by 9am and the quality of his work looks great. When we eventually need a new roof (or any other work that involves a roofing company) I will definitely call Titan again.

Titan was great. They were always punctual with appointments ahead of sale and returned calls. They presented us with several options to choose from as well. Their price was good so we decided to go with them and had a few delays on our end, but we we gave the go-ahead they were out in under a week. Job took about 1.5 days for a fairly large roof, but that's mostly because we had a rain storm come in late afternoon that forced them to cover part of the roof with tarps until it stopped. There were some complications with the skylights since we had some strange flush mounted skylights to start, but Titan took care of the extra trim work inside required to make it all look right. No problems at all recommending them to anyone.

Job was completed in parts of 2 days. All debris was removed. Job looks very good. No leaks have been found.

Very professional people. This was the second project they did for me - three years ago, they replaced my house roof and were so neat, it didn't look like they had been there - not one nail on the ground when they left, no debris anywhere. Very nice people.

Have one leaking skylight on roof. Titan suggested I should replace the whole roof. Three other roofing companies told me my roof is in good condition and only one skylight needs repair. Do I need to say more?

I would say it just turn out alright. They cancelled their first appointment and that was fine. They had a legitimate excuse and they didn't show up for the second appointment there was miscommunication. They finally came to a third appointment late. He was very very thorough, but the work that he did, did not fix the problem and we have somebody over may be the following week that able to solve the problem. I would not recommend them, I would not be able to do based on our experience. He has spent a lot of time with us and he pointed out a lot of different things to us, which was really great, but in the end it did not solve the problem nor did we feel efficient since it was a rough it was something we wanted to get done right away and cancelling appointment was an issue. I would not use them again.

The technician arrived about an hour late. I phoned the company who then contacted him directly. He called explaining that his wife's car broke down and apoloigzed for not phoning sooner. I understood and it wasn't an issue for me. When he arrived, he was very apologetic. He began working immediately and was very good about tellling us what needed to be done to prevent future damage. Overall, things went very smoothly.

The quote I got from Titan Construction Enterprises Inc. was reasonable. They came out and measured. They came back a week later and presented us with a quote. We asked for some changes, but we haven't heard back from them yet. They were knowledgeable. They don't get back to you. We asked for a quote. We had to call to get them to bring it over. Now I haven't heard from them about the new changes. I haven't heard from them now and I'm not going to chase after them to get the newest quote.

This was an excellent experience with this Co from the start to when my windows installation was completed. I also was able to discuss about a heat issue inside my attic. Bill provided a great solution and price that I am soon going to have them do. Also the Windows they replaced are very nice quality with a warranty better than expected. Also did not have any issues with return phone calls, Kelly kept me updated when it was time to install my new windows and she was availble to answer any of my questions. I will use Titan again without hesitation. Thanks Titan!

They showed up on time for the inspection. They did a thorough job with the inspection and reported that there were no problems with the roof.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. The work was done neatly and right on time. The contractor provided information about my roof and explained why I was having a recurring issue with loose shingles. I couldn't ask for a simpler, more painless contractor visit!

Great job, great representative from Titan. Every thing went on as scheduled and Tim provided us with addresses of previous roofing jobs so we could make the right decision on color. After we agreed on the job we called and asked about building a gable roof over our front door. Tim said he would talk to his team and we couldn't be happier with the result. They started on a Monday and the gable and shingles were done by Wednesday. Weather caused a halt and by the next Tuesday it was complete. Everyone tells us how the look has changed, like it is a new house. We are having siding installed by another company and wish we had Titan doing it instead. All their crews were professional and worked in a timely manner.

They were quick, nice, and cleaned up perfectly. Everyone from the receptionist, salesperson, and workers were incredibly nice and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend 100%.
